Naz H: Good place to learn about historyVisited on Weekend Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Not sure …

Yanru Li: As Egypt culture lovers, our family has such a great time there. The displays are so amazing! Definitely a hidden gem in Mississauga!!

Brittany Dattoli: My husband and I visited the Museum to celebrate my birthday. At first, we had trouble finding the entrance, but with direction, we were able to get inside and meet a helpful volunteer. The Museum was gorgeous, filled with replicas of King Tut's treasures, and a lovely little gift shop to visit at the end of the tour that sold everything from statues, to authentic papyrus bookmarks and scrolls. We had the museum all to ourselves, and we took a lot of photos. There was also a Coptic Church that we visited, with beautiful iconography on the walls. It was not in use when we visited it, but it was also beautiful. All payments are done via E-Transfer, and you have to book an appointment ahead of time. For us, it was $10 per person, and well worth the price. The volunteers work hard to keep the place open, and devote their time to showing people the collection. We deeply appreciate the woman who showed us around, giving us time to visit the gift shop, and answer any questions we had.If you have kids, or are wondering where to book a class trip, or have a historian in your life, I highly recommend a visit to this hidden jewel in the heart of Mississauga.

Cheryl Eisenschmid: Truly a hidden gem! Nady provided the most interesting tour, we were totally fascinated. What an impressive collection that is really special. A must see!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

GinaMaria C (MysticMenina): I went in February, I loved the tour, but I didn't get a chance to see the film because it was down. I hope you all get a chance to enjoy the film when you go there. I will definitely come back next time and hopefully to be able to watch the film at that time. The woman that works there, she is very friendly and nice person.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Lindy Kramer: I went today with my two school-aged children. Paid $10/person to do a tour with volunteer, Emily. Cannot say enough great things about this little museum. It was interactive and engaging. We learned so much in the hour.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Sir h: It helped bring the history of pre-Exodus Egypt into perspective.Interesting place to possibly visit during Passover.

Angela Yousuf: It's a smaller setup that is perfect to visit with children. Well laid out and our guide Amaly was most knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. Bring cash ideally for the gift store!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Zeenat Sajid (ZeeSaj): A hidden gem in Mississauga which is a worth visit honestly! We as a family enjoyed the tour . They have maintained it so well and Emily , she is a volunteer giving her precious time to this museum. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and described the history of King Tut in depth. They have a movie theater and a small gift shop, moreover , they have some articles of egyptian clothes to try and can take photos. You must book the appointment. Emily was kind enough to give my son with a gift as well.

Sumit Dharamsi: , this is probably the only place you can see the exhibits so up close. Emily is really passionate about the museum and it's future, and the visit is more enjoyable with her guided tour. I hope with more visitors and funding this can expand to its own place.Things to note:- You need to book an appointment ahead- Carry cash or use Interac for the gift shop

Food Critic: Based on reviews and website the delivery was a little underwhelming***THINGS TO NOTE******call ahead and make an appointment******$10 per person******Make sure to bring cash****There is no debit machine on site******Your visit will be a lot smoother*****We did not get the pleasure of having a tour by the very highly spoken about Emily or the opportunity to visit the theaterWhich we believe comes w booking an appointmentThe museum is SMALLHeld in a schoolThere are no artifacts on siteEverything in the museum are reproductionsPhotos and videos are permittedThe area is well lit and not crowded which makes for a private intimate experience w your groupIf you consider yourself an egyptologist there is minimal attraction and information available at this museumIf you're planning a couple of hours out of the house w your kids and family this would be a good place to visit

Anton Nemeth: What a fun and informative facility! Way too many years since last visit, but I don't live nearby any more. Once helped others lift the wing onto the DVII after a repair and they need volunteers! Hid behind one of the planes with my girlfriend when a film crew was doing a documentary. Saw it layer completely by chance! Also went up in the red two seater biplane they had then, after sharing lunch with the guys there. Flew over the Niagara Escarpment in Fall. I will never forget that experience! Thank you all!

AM Cabusora: Really cool place to learn about World War I planes. The curators and volunteers of this establishment are passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Must visit as you can take pictures in these replica planes.

Rick Nielsen: We had no idea this place existed and noticed it on Google maps as a good distance for an ebiking destination. Really enjoyed it. The members were so friendly and happy to share their knowledge of WWI and the biplanes and triplanes. They have a lot of interesting artifacts and several complete planes with a few more under repair/rebuild. Apparently they have a couple events planned for the season so we will try to attend if we can. Highly recommend this gem.

Jay Khan: This place is a hidden gem away from the city. Amazing WW1 aircraft’s and a nice museum.

Carol Pihack: Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Enjoyed it thoroughly!
