Super Choice Kitchen: we worked with technoarch INC to get our unit in Burlington ready and it was the best decision we made. Lovish at technoarch explained every step with detail and was always there to answer my questions. Technoarch would consistently give me updates about the project and would let me know if anything would be needed to be done on my end. Leonard Patterson: I chose M&D Builders for major renovations to our home in the early fall of 2021. The work involved “gutting” a finished basement, kitchen, main floor powder room, a family room and a connecting hall.The re-construction required extensive plumbing and electrical work, installation of new trims, casings, doors and site preparation for new cabinetry as well as installation of new wood floors, tile floors, and finally all finish painting. M&D Builders installed new pot lighting through-out the renovated areas, as well as, installation of all kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures. Khizer Butt: After hearing multiple horror stories and never having any renovations done, I was hesitant initially, but my washroom was in dire need of fixing and had to take action. After getting several no-shows, slow responses and very high estimations, I, fortunately, came across M & D Builders who not only thoroughly reviewed the washroom but gave an honest assessment of what to expect along with a very reasonable price. Their design captured all the elements and features we were looking for, while also creating a truly unique space that was custom to our backyard. In 2021 we signed up for construction and permits. Partridge took care of all our permits and applications, and we started construction in fall 2021. Tony and his crew were on site and worked at our property from beginning to end. The workmanship was of the highest standard and Karl who was supervising the project, was extremely professional, meticulous, detail oriented and basically a perfectionist. He always ensured that we were happy with the results and would even taking photos documenting progress.The project started basically a year ago with an interactive design concept coordinated by Adam King that integrated all our wishes for the front yard. As we were too close to winter, we delayed the project to spring 2020.Once it started, the 2 week timeline was respected. Furthermore, we particularly appreciated that the team would leave the site in broom swept condition every day, by cleaning up assiduously.The overall experience was professional from the first contact on the phone to fast response to emails and again the high level of skillfulness for completing our new front yard. Susan Metcalfe: As with most things in life, we seldom acknowledge when good work is done, but are quick to highlight negatives. We hired Partridge Fine Landscapes for a major garden overhaul in December 2017, with the final implementation done in June 2018. The projects were both on time, professional and with friendly staff, as well as meeting the scope of work as outlined. The property was left each time completely restored and cleaned up. We were very pleased with the end results. However, although I could go on and provide additional feedback, suffice it to say everyone and everything was great. It's the service side of things I want to highlight. Last spring there were several of the plants that didn't make it through their first winter, but there was no hesitation at all about them returning to our home and replanting/replacing the plants. Handled with a smile and with great timelines. Sadly we had another plant issue this year with the ones replanted last year, but once again, there was no hesitation on their part, and they were here yesterday, after only identifying the issue a week ago. It's always about how you handle a difficult situation that makes you shine, and how you make things right, not about what was wrong. So huge kudos to the Partridge Team. We would most definitely refer them, based on all our experiences with them. Thank you Partridge Fine Landscapes for working as a finely oiled machine, with great staff. That is your true magic.
Bruce Catoen: Partridge Fine landscapes completely updated and enhanced our property with a landscape makeover a couple of years ago. They did an amazing job originally but I am writing this review to comment on their customer service afterwards. Juergen and the team at Partridge have stood behind their work 100% since completion and have made minor repairs to any issue almost 2 years after the job was completed. Recently they repaired the interlock driveway in an area where water was pooling and added more drainage to the gardens to eliminate the problem.This is just another great reason why we are happy we used Partridge for our landscaping! Clearly they stand behind their work and are responsive to their customers!!

Scott Stennett: Partridge executed a large project inclusive of both front and back of the house. Substantial hardscaping, stone masonry work, electrical/gas accommodations and carpentry was undertaken before the plantings and mulch were laid. Darren was lead on the design, Shane oversaw the execution but was aided immensely by Ben's onsite professionalism and attention to detail. No cut corners with this group. As mentioned in other posts, you get what you pay for and we can attest to the quality of work from this organization.

They offer excellent design advice, very detailed planning, skilled, friendly and very accommodating crew, and great attention to detail. Work site totally cleaned up and immaculate. Todd Wirtz: If you are looking for an Architect Pedro is the only man that will do all he sets out to. My previous home owner wanted to sever the lot and do all by himself, well 600 people showed up in dispute for the proposed site. I hired Pedro Pimentel to design an addition for my home he did a wonderfull job,design,drawings,worked with me, contractors, town of Oakville and went door to door with a petition made by himself in support of my addition. Not one person showed up at the town meeting of dispute of this new endeavor. I can't tell you how resourceful he is. He dealt with Oakville Hydro, the planning commission, permit people, tree protection people, designers, anyone or anybody that had to have dealings with this house, he got it done from start to finish. It's refreshing to know there are people out there that actually accomplish what they say they are going to do.Way to go buddy, I won't hesitate to pass on a referral to you.
