I bought an air fryer with 3 internal tray which allows me to fry more food at one time. I don't need to stand near by, as I am able to set the time, it stops automatically when done. I make regular chips, sweet potato fry, cauliflower fry, plus Indian Poori, chapati etc.Also, I bought a coffee maker which induces me to wake up early just to taste coffee in dawn.I highly recommend this place for small appliance purchase as the quality of good and service are excellent.

Jennifer Ostovich: I bought a washer-dryer set and a dishwasher from Peter Martin in 2010, and that experience was a good one, but today I had a truly great customer service experience with their service department. I was worried about the door gasket on my washer and called to book a service appointment. Shortly thereafter, one of their service people called me back to explain that the gaskets were very expensive right now, and had me send him pictures of the problem areas, to check whether what I was perceiving to be damage really was damage. After our conversation, I realized that I'd been overly concerned about something that will not be problematic anytime soon. This saved me at least the price of a visit, and possibly $500 if I'd gone through with what would have been a senseless repair. To have bothered to call me and take the time to look at my pictures and explain everything to me on the phone instead of taking the easy money for a service visit - that's pretty amazing to me.
Geeve Sandhu: Purchased a Bosch Dishwasher recently from Peter Martin. Great experience. It literally took 15 min to buy it. Our sales person Ken was great. Very nice and knowledgeable. He even recommended a model that had more features than the one I was looking at for a better price. The installation was seamless. Our installer was great. Explained all the features and came right on time. I will definitely go back for our next appliance. It’s nice to shop local and support a local business. Thank you!
C B: I had an excellent experience at this location. Mike was the sales guy working with me. He knew I was in a rush to get the appliances for my rental unit and he did what he could to pull it off. I received phone call from Mike letting me know the status of the order as the days passed by. I appreciate the call letting me know how the order is going and I appreciate the hustle Mike put in to make sure I got everything in timely fashion. Now just waiting for the delivery this weekend. I will be continuing to buy from this place as I am a real estate investor in the Hamilton area and buy appliances yearly. Good thing they treated me well as I am not just a one time customer. When we finally decided to buy the freezer we were in a bit of a time crunch, and Ward the owner came out on a weeknight at 8:00 pm. to deliver the freezer and help us get it into the basement. They were great to deal with very professional and courteous, and I would recommend dealing with them anytime

Rhonda Hofman: I have been at this place to buy groceries and beverages. I have bought my basics, milk, eggs and bread, I also bought my juices, pop, snacks, fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, etc.. They do sell in bulk or individually. I noticed people come in to buy for their restaurants, family or personal. The store sells home and restaurant supplies for an example: Liquid detergent, CLR, paper plates, plastic utensils, dish cloths, garbage bags, etc..They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Parking Lots.They have no plastic bags, but they do have boxes of all shapes and sizes. They do sell PC Green durable & reusable black bags. It cost $2.99ea. They accept Cash, MasterCard and Debit. They will not accept Visa. We can use their grocery carts, but we have to pay $1.00 to use it. When we are finished loading our vehicles, we bring back the carts and connect it to the other carts. It will give back our one dollar coin.They do have a few check out counters with a clerk serving us. The staff that served me, were very nice and pleasant.

Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!
