S. Nagy: We got our wedding cake from Mimoza- and not only was it as good as I thought it would be; it was better! We wanted a vanilla buttercream cake with raspberry mousse filling, with a 'Star Wars' theme- and our cake was delicious as well as gorgeous. My only regret was not getting a bigger one!

Kayla Leanne: Cute little shop; with delicious snacks. You can get pies; brownies and cookies. They currently have cream egg brownies; they are yummy. However, very sweet! Definitely recommend you share with a friend lol!
Tanya Tafa: I finally got to visit Cake & Loaf bakery after following them on Instagram and getting the recipe book! I was not disappointed! The lady who served us was so friendly and lovely! The last minute cakes were all finished because of Fathers Day but I managed to pick up a strawberry rhubarb scone and lemon blueberry loaf. They are both SO YUMMY! Also they gave me a surprise free creme egg brownie bar! She sneaked it into my package after we had a fun discussion about their home grown rhubarb and how much I love the bakery. What a sweet gesture! And honestly it too was delicious! I’ll be coming back for the full cake when I’m back in town.

Vanny Hem: Maria has carefully taken consideration of all the details I wanted in my son's bee cake. From the hive on top, to the splash of blue on the wings to the honey combs pieces, and the bee opening the door. I am very pleased because quite often my wishes are disregarded or the specific details I hoped for are missed. The cake was absolutely so cute. It was what I wanted but more.My husband who is not a fan of sweets ate a great portion of the cake. The cake was smooth and buttery with just the perfect crunch. It was mouth watering and melts in your mouth. Best cake yet! Thank you Maria again!
Dave Mitsui: Maria...your custom cake was the showpiece of my mom's 90th birthday, and all of our guests marvelled at its creation. My mom was especially taken with it’s artistry and the level of detail of the flowers. It was not only a wonderful cake to look at but it is especially very tasty as well. Personally I was impressed that it was not overly sweet and yet so yummy. The buttery creamy layers were well balanced with the vanilla cake. Mom said that she has never tasted such delicious a cake as yours….and over 90 years that would have been a lot of cake! And especially enjoyable, too, were the macrons. We have enjoyed macrons in Paris and yours were equal to any of them! You are a cake artiste extraordinaire!

She was transparent about the cost, the timing, the delivery, etc., and made the whole process easy. Our wedding was beyond her usual delivery range, but there were no problems getting it to the venue. My only regret is that everyone loved the cake so much that we didn't have any leftovers!

Mandi Le Blanc: Cristina made an Elmo cake for my sons 2nd birthday. It was my first time going to her bakery. The cake itself looked amazing. She did Elmo and it was beautifully done and decorated. The taste blew me and a party of 10 away. It was soooo good! The icing wasn’t that thick sweet stuff. It was soft and not too sweet. It had a yummy middle layer of custard, and the cake was so fluffy and delicious! A masterpiece! I’m thankful I tried this bakery and will definitely going back again. If you’re looking for a cake that looks good AND tastes good then I’d recommend going here.

We ordered a beautiful holiday cake and cannot wait to pick it up. They also make and sell hot chocolate bombs which look delicious. Lizzy: Ordered the brownie explosion cake it was beautiful! The brownies on top are delicious and so is the frosting but the cake itself was surprisingly dry.

Cierra Bailey: Hands down one of the best gluten free bakeries around!!! We needed some allergy inclusive treats for a baby shower and everyone was blown away by the taste of their assorted squares! The apple turnovers were INCREDIBLE! It’s soooo hard to make a GF pie base that doesn’t crumble apart and tastes good and flaky but these guys nailed it!! Will definitely be a returning customer!

Lauren Sawatsky: As a nursing mother of a 7 month old with a recently discovered allergy I had to remove soy, dairy and egg protein from my diet. Lise-Anne was so helpful in letting me know which treats were safe for me and guiding me through the ordering and delivery process so that I could have some Easter treats! I ordered the sponge toffee, cream eggs and cream egg ice cream and it was all delicious! Delivery to Beamsville was fast and easy too. I can’t wait to order more goodies!
