Kris Var: The best place to get the nutrition products. Ruby is friendly and knowledgeable. Ruby is a blessing in my life as I was helped to wean of my anti-depressants. Go for it with confidence. You can wean of the medications with the natural supplements. Atleast worth a try!

Michael Thomas: I had a great experience with Ruby. I have never been to this kind of store in Hamilton and what I really liked about Ruby's approach was: 1. She did not try to oversell me - and she even advised me not to buy a combined vitamin supplement - all related to save me money and maximize the impact of the supplements. 2. She explained things to me about certain interactions with certain supplements that I had no idea about. 3. She gave me a home remedy approach for an alternative to an essential oil I was looking for - with ingredients I already had at home - so no sale for her. And 1 4. She was lovely and sensitive to my needs and never pushy. This is my favorite store of its kind - because of Ruby - and I will always come here first to learn from Ruby about what I should learn about assisting my health. Sadly, I'm kind of just passing through town but when I return I will want to see what Ruby and her store have to offer. Sorry, I can't comment on pricing because I have no idea. But I can certainly say, from my perspective, I got MORE then my money's worth in insight from Ruby.
