Kirby James: I had a custom axle that was bent I needed to get it replaced asap. After calling around a bunch of places everyone said it would take 2 weeks. I called Nando and he said he could have it done on Thursday the earliest this being Monday. I said go ahead I need it before Friday. I gave him my credit card information. He called me Wednesday and said it was ready for pick up. He didn't even charge my credit card until a day after I picked it up. He was very knowledgeable and guided me how to measure the axle etc. Hands down a great guy to do business with and I know if I need anything like that again I know who I'm going to call Nando! I would definitely recommend Nando. Thanks Nando!!!

I was moving to school the next day and forgot I didn't have wiring for a trailer and they fit me in right away and finished everything super quick. They definitely saved me big time!

Rick Charron: I purchased a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and had ordered my own aftermarket trailer hitch and wiring kit originally planning to install it myself. My daughter told me about The Hitch Factory in Hamilton as they had put a trailer hitch on her VW Station Wagon. I called and made an appointment today for 11am and arrived early as it was around a 40 minute drive. They were able to take me in right away and installed the hitch I brought and also installed the wiring kit for the trailer lights. It was super quick and very professional. The techs did a fantastic job and were easy to talk to. They have everything you could ask for in regards to trailers, towing and accessories. They also have the bike racks that i want to get. If i had of known about this place I would have ordered everything from them in the first place. I will definitely be back in the near future. Service was excellent! Really appreciated speaking with front office service regarding my needs. Absolutely deserve better than a five star rating. Thanks!
Kiera: This place saved the day! I bought a new truck with a trailer hitch package installed and sure enough, I couldn’t find a hitch ball with a long enough shaft that would work. After calling numerous places and spending hours on the phone, I swung by this place and they immediately helped me out and installed what I needed. Jim Lambier: Great place to rent a trailer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wanted to rent a trailer at a busy rental time. The woman who answered the phone patiently went through all of the various trailers and available booking dates to find one that worked for me. When I went to rent the trailer, they loaded the trailer onto my hitch, secured it and tested the lights. The trailer was in good condition and the inside was clean. The pricing is also very reasonable. I'll be back next time I need to move.

Frankie Iacobazzi: I must say that my overall purchasing experience was very positive at Ruston RV. I had been in email communication with Steve in sales for weeks. It is often hard to get sales people to communicate with you when you are just shopping around, but Steve replied to every email question I sent. When I get that attention so early I show more interest.Steve was really helpful when it came to arranging a time to see the unit I was interested in - he stayed at work beyond normal closing hours so that I could get there, and showed us the unit without rushing us or hinting that it was past closing time. We made a deal I was happy with!Everyone else I dealt with after the deal was made was very friendly and patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions. Carolyn walked me through all the paperwork and options without being pushy, and she really listened to me. Rob in service sent me all the details I asked for and pick up day went very smoothly. Dan did an excellent walk through with me.I would absolutely purchase here again.I will update this review after my first attempt at service as I know that many want to know how a service visit goes. This is very important to me as I have had good relationships go sour because of poor customer service at the service level and have heard many horror stories about people having a great purchase experience but being quickly "forgotten" when if comes to service on their RV. I was told very clearly that the service department is really busy so I will plan to be very proactive with maintenance and regular annual service. I am glad to have a place to bring my unit when it needs care. I look forward to the start of a great relationship with Ruston RV!Update: been going here for service for 4 years now and it has been great. It is busy so plan accordingly, but I have not had any problems. Email communication with service department excellent!

As first time RV buyers we had no idea of the process or what to expect. The customer service here was arguably the best that I have ever experienced for any purchase. Every individual that we came in contact with; from Carolyn in finance, to the people in service and especially Matt in sales, they have all been incredibly helpful, answering every question. We ended up purchasing a new 27ft trailer, double the length that other dealers advised us we could tow, which is a better fit for my family. Even after the purchase they have gone way above the level of service that I have ever encountered. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase start their search at Ruston RV. Not only are they very knowledgeable, but they provide advice without pressure, and that is rare these days!

From Calvin, who assisted us with our Apex purchase, to Steve and the service team who have helped, advised and answered all our questions, the Ruston Team have been amazing!We are currently travelling through the US. The one side of our slide-out stopped working. Our Apex is still under warranty and we did purchase RV Care as well. A phone call to Ruston was all that was needed to set things in motion to get this repaired. Steve and his team have been wonderful in contacting a local RV dealer here in Nevada, getting Coachman to send the parts so that the repairs can be done.
