Kevin Campbell: The young man that helped us with the rental process of our 15 foot UHaul truck was very prompt, helpful and kind.
Al Ward: The attendant recommended the Ford Transit on the lot. It had less then 5000 km on it and was one of the best vans we have rented. It was much easier on gas then the GMs too.
Elisha Lansdell: Super helpful, offered goos advice about keeping our receipts. Great selection of packing supplies,will definitely go back for moving supplies to this location.
Jalil Aljuboory: Very friendly and helpful staff, easy processing during recieve and return... The moving help service is a great option too.I highly recommend them.
Sherwin D'souza: Mike and Morgan both provided excellent service and were a pleasure to deal with.
Ismail Kus: Michael has excellent customer service. He explained the all details and recommend to our needs. I will definitely visit again when I needed.
Tim Core: Great place the staff are good except the guy today with the attitude and saying that the truck should have been unloaded when it was towed back to barton and nash and saying I have empty it before tomorrow at noon even though storage isnt open till 6 and closes at 10

Vehicle extremely dirty and the truck with only 26,000 km multiple times showed me the oil level low message. All this was reported to the store and nothing was done. Extremely disappointed after different uhauls I have rented
Location was locally convenient, but at the return the operator was incompetent. Old guy who just took the key and told me I'd get my final bill the next day. At the next day I had received no final bill. I called UHaul and they suggested I go down to the rental site as the reservation was still “Active†even though I returned the truck two hours early the day before! To have to go over to the renal site was not convenient as some of us work. The operator was rather poor in customer service or even offering a reason for the reservation not having been closed out. And certainly not even an apology. And he had the audacity to split hairs over a fuel gauge reading…and when I went to purchase extra fuel he added that kilometre on top of the total kilometrage. Not too pleased with this experience…and on my next rental I won't be looking at this site. .
The only problem I had was parking the van when I returned it. It was difficult to back it in a spot. Fortunately one of the fellows in the store did that. Very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.

Jiggs Casey: Great facility for indoor storage. Clean and climate controlled. Monthly billing without much fuss or hassle. Got the pass that allows us to come and go when it's convenient for us.
