Kandise Hayes: My daughter is 11 and sees stuff on tic tok about this store. I thought the staff would kind of roll their eyes, but they took her seriously and answered all her questions. I was super impressed with how kind and patient they were.

Selena Coles: I love this place. They selection is amazing. But the staff makes it. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind and understanding. I don't use a lot of makeup or have a lot of knowledge. I've never felt judged. Like I have at other makeup boutiques. They are the place to go if you're a pro or a complete novice like me.

Laura Friesen: and my 1.5 year old had been having a tantrum in the mall prior to us entering Lush and I was frazzled, sweating, and stressed. I own my own business and had been juggling a huge project + 3 kids and every spare minute had been spent on this work project and I hadn't been washing my face properly or taking proper care of myself, I was in survival mode and realized I needed some self-care so I went into Lush looking like a frazzled hot mess mom with 3 kids in tow, blurted out to your lovely employee why I was there and that I had been letting myself go, big time, and tonight after the kids went to bed, I intended to do a facial and have some me-time. She couldn't have been nicer, suggested products to me that she thought were a good fit with my skin/hair

My Mother and Father before me were Lushies and I have so much nostalgia and lovely memories wrapped up in the scent of LUSH… walking down cobblestoned alley ways in England with the smell of LUSH wafting through.I particularly love the store at Limeridge Mall because of the wonderful staff. They always take the time to show me new products and share samples of things I’m interested in!

Janis Criger: I buy from the Body Shop regularly. I find their facial moisturizers and cleansers effective. Despite recent price rises the prices are still quite reasonable. I don't like the body butter any more because they changed the formula. It's now too stiff. It doesn't sink in. The body yogurt doesn't moisturize enough, although it sinks in better.
