4worldlovers: Parents Without Partners (PWP) is a single parent support group for all single parents and their children. PWP is a 501.C3 educational organization promoting single parents and their children. It is not a dating organization. Although some members have met through the organization, this is not the primary purpose of PWP. We are an organization for single parents and their children. All membership information is private and there are rules and procedures in place should anyone encounter any problems. We want this site to be informative regarding the location of chapters, activities and how to join a chapter or to start one in your local area.

Providing for both ourselves and our children a nurturing family life is often complicated by established patterns of community life. Consequently, a need for community resources to assist single parents in communicating and meeting their special circumstances exists.

4worldlovers: The Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton (DSAH) was formed in 1982 by a small group of committed parents of children with Down syndrome. These parents came together to share their experiences, feelings, hopes, and expectations for their children and their future.

Now 40 years and a pandemic later, DSAH continues to provide support, education and has grown to include programs, social opportunities, events and financial bursaries to its members.
