Siobhan was so kind and patient, and made it simple to an absolute beginner! She was very thorough and observant and gave tailored guidance and correction to my specific issues. She is welcoming and made me feel right at home in her studio. She is friendly, kind and an expert at what she does; and it comes through in her work and skill of teaching. Highly recommend!!!!

Linda Buxton: Super fun Workshop!! Siobhan's studio is a cool place with lots of things to see and other artists spaces and work incorporated into the one building. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The workshop itself was fun and informative, not hard or complicated to do. The 6 hours flew by. Siobhan was with us every step of the way to make sure we would be successful and have a lovely, creative suncatcher to take home. I would do it again and definitely recommend it those looking for a new creative experience.

neva Lunney-Walsh: Siobhan is an amazing teacher. I don’t think people realize the many steps involved in stain glass and why the classes are 6 hours long. Well those 6 hours fly by. With each step we, the students took, Siobhan was there to guide us and lesson our fears of the soldering gun or just plain that we’d create something awful. She has a very good sense of humour, is patient and encouraging all while calm and very personable. I have taken two classes with her and both times of course I undertook the more difficult projects. Afterward I felt like a star student when I was finished. Highly recommend taking her classes. You’ll love it. Oh, and picking out the glass colours she has is so fun!

She is detail oriented, conscious of peoples strengths and weaknesses, and is very supportive. I especially liked her relaxed approach when she witnessed some participants needing help. Kevin Farrell [Staff]: I've been taking many of Siobhans one on one classes for a few years now and Siobhans an excellent stainglass teacher and has a whole array of knowledge in making stainglass pieces ! When working with Siobhan she is very approachable and vary patient when your trying out different designs which may have come with a few issues alone the way ,Siobah will be there to help at every moment and she always knows of a way to make the designs work when it seems like the design might not work. When taking classes with Siobhan she will do everything possible to make the classes as enjoyable as can be imagined and and will guide you at any step along the way and is more than willing to answer any questions you have. Siobhan has many great stainglass techniques that she will share with you and there great techniques for all levels that are helpful wheather its your first time making stainglass pieces or you've done some before. Siobhan always has so much good energy that after you take a class you will be wanting to come for more classes and learn more and more !

Having Siobhan's full attention gave me a more in depth view of the art of stained glass without the waiting time. Irene Brayne: Maggie was my savior! These stained glass window inserts moved with us from our prior house. We had octagon windows designed into our new house so as to bring a little of the old house into the new. An octagon is not an easy shape to get exact, especially when the two pieces were made for the framing of our prior house. The left stained glass would not fit in place. Maggie was the only person I could find who was willing to cut the glass. Someone suggested having my builder rip out and re-frame my window. For a fraction of that cost Maggie cut the glass for me. It still didn't fit, my error not hers, on how much should be cut and off what side. Back it came and Maggie patiently cut it for me again. The end result, I now have the stained glass in place and I'm thrilled.Maggie is a true artist, she is genuine, caring and patient, even with someone with no knowledge of this beautiful art-form. For those talented enough to delve into this beautiful expression of art Maggie's store is worth the trip.
