For overnights as well as weekends, our excellent staff provide one on one support. Our goal is to help our clients to learn important life skills, as well as participate in community outings. Our staff is highly qualified, they are required to have their CYW diploma, CPR certification, DSW certification, First Aid training, as well as NVCI training. The safety and proper care of your loved ones is our highest priority and we hire staff that feel the same.

At Cornerstones we are creating a new vision for senior care. We understand that no two people are the same, which means that personalized care is essential. Not every elderly client will require the same assistance which is why we are willing work out a personalized care plan to best suit your loved ones needs. We will also gladly help you navigate the system if needed.

We want to ensure that all of the clients needs are being met in a way best suited for them, which is why we have dedicated staff who specialize in social, companionship, and personal support care. We offer care that is not only in home but also in other care facilities.

Cornerstones provides Financial Directed Plans including: last wills, life insurance, Henson Trust Fund, RDSP, passport brokering and full financial plans tailored for families with special needs.

4worldlovers: Bloom Adult Day Program provides a recreation and community-based program for individuals ages 18+ with a physical or developmental disability. Our passion is providing a space where everyone is included, encouraged and respected.


Creating an individualized program for our clients based on their interests, abilities and goals, while also encouraging engaging in new activities is a key element of Bloom.
