Kelly de Chastelain Finnigan: The only downside is they don't have pickled turnips in their wraps. Otherwise so so good. I always used to go to tahinis down the street because it was new but I just tried Shawarma & Falafel Factory and I'm hooked. Their chicken is seasoned so well and just melts in your mouth. 10/10 would reccomend and go again
Satara: I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one! Love their food! Wow their shawarma sandwich wrap is the best! they stuff it with so much meat! Almost couldn’t even finish in one sitting! As well best price $7! Other stores rarely fill it up and aren’t as big and they charge $10 for it! Go to spot!!

Valerie: It seems that everyone in the neighborhood and from afar loves this place for their Thursday Special which consists of an overflowing container of chicken shawarma on top of a delicious salad. The white sauce is addictive. It was very filling and inexpensive. There was a constant stream of customers during the 10 minutes I was there. I'll be back.

Tristan J: Best shawarma on rice around. They heat up the rice and chicken in a frying pan and you can get onion added if you want. White sauce and hot sauce is on point. The price is great too.

D Lo: I'm not sure what happened to my review from over a year ago, but I have been coming quite often and I absolutely positively love their shawarma salad. No matter what you order, the portions are hearty. There is always leftover unless you have a huge appetite. I find the people behind the grill to be super friendly and kind. If you haven't tried it yet, I do also recommend there. Shawarma poutine. I see that a few reviews talk about how saucy their food is. I would rather have too much sauce than not enough. They definitely do not stinge on condiments. If you don't want so much, let them know. Otherwise, I absolutely think it is somewhere you should try for yourself.

Colin Gagich: Had the chicken shawarma platter for take out. Staff were friendly and food was fresh and tasty. The platter also comes with a rolled pita, it was a unique presentation compared to other places.The inside of the restaurant leaves little to desire, feels a bit run down. Parking in the plaza is hard to find and not many spots around.

While we were waiting, they served us complimentary, delicious tea and falafel. It was so unexpected and sweet.We ordered the chicken sandwich, falafel sandwich, and grape leaves, all of which were amazing.I can't wait to come back and introduce more folks to this hidden gem.
