TanookiAlex: Parents, be warned that learning is self paced. But this isn't actually a bad thing. I'd argue kids are more successful because of this learning. It's a great school environment with many teachers who are committed to making sure every kid can complete learning successfully and on their own time

Cashew Films: The computers in my english class ran on windows 7 and were slower than a potato.
Jason Roman: Had a good time at Westmount, it was lit. Bomb threats were excellent, as well as the multiple fire alarms. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Owltrocious: Horrible place, awful program, and it never has enough coca cola in the caf.
Kirsch Electric Contracting Inc.: Both my kids attend this school. At first we were nervous since the learning is largely self-paced, however our fears were soon alleviated as the report cards came in. Grades were great. Teachers are supportive and this school has by far the best music program. Can't say enough good things about Westmount and its teachers.

Shannon Best: My children are moving from the Catholic school board to public school board. Two of my children will be attending Sherwood fall 2021. I have been back-and-forth with school administration specifically Kathy Chamoun and she has been beyond helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond to help you and your family transition and get registered. She checks and double checks to make sure everything is done. If this woman is any indication of what my children can expect at Sherwood, I am looking so forward to them attending the school. I hope the rest of the staff is as proficient and dedicated. Alan Dow: Pretty sure it was Mr. Dunn who convinced me to get involved with the trades. Or at least he delivered a really good speech about the shortage of workers in the industry because everyone is retiring.Mr. Ebos made Advanced Functions seem so basic. It was easy enough to stay focused in his class with how well he delivered the material.

Pascaline Adom: If you are an international student going on a school hunt, here are some few pros and cons to know about Columbia international college.ProsFree tutoring.The staffs especially at the front desk are the most welcoming people I have ever meet.Teachers will make you thrive hard even there is no hope.The school is diverse so you will have to expect talking to people outside your race.You get to try other cultural food like Turkish foods, Indian foods, Chinese foods, Nigerian foods etc.80% of the students get into IVY league schools not only in Canada.Tuition is inexpensive compared to other international schools.Even though CIC is 70+ years, it still looks new. Because they renovates it every two-four years.CicYou don’t really get to enjoy senior year since there is alot of work and pressure for university preparation.Zero tolerance in breaking school rules. Its a con for a rule breaker kid.

Justine Semenzow: I went to 3 different high schools in Hamilton, this one was always my favourite. Very multicultural, great classes for native students or those who wanted to learn about the culture, not clique-y. Teachers were great. Could have been cleaner but what Hamilton public school couldn't?

LovingZombi: No school is perfect but through my experience of this school i have had a wonderful time with inspiring teachers and extra curricular activities. I know some reviews say horrible things but i want others to know i have found a place where i belong with wonderful friends. I think there is quite the number of bad students that the teachers have to deal with but a lot of good ones in the process. Just cant wait for the renovations to finish this year.

Patricia Mccaffery: It's been a wonderful school for my son. He enjoys it very much. The staff is very kind and hard working. Would highly recommend this school.
Daniel Lynes: Great teachers at this school. School leadership is very approachable. Front office staff are always very friendly. Ms Wang and Ms Tang are great for when the kids are younger and are still accustomed to being at home. Ms Ding is great for when the kids are older and homework becomes a way for them to supplement their learning in class. The Mandarin immersion program here has been a Godsend.

Daniel Roest: I went there from 2007 to 2017 I will say it an amazing school for people who want to teach kids how to be teenagers I also remember so many fights and arguments at that school it was the best experience I ever had and I wish I could go back to those years but I cannot and I enjoy where I'm at and hope you all are too

Amira Haque: Has good teachers, but some others are kinda iffy. There are also a lot of "bad" kids, so be aware of that.
Meaghan Edwards: Went to this school many moons ago; still has old-school charm though there are some renovations were done. I can still remember the Fun Fair days in the 1980s and early 1990s! Big wide-open school yard nice to walk through to and from Macassa Park.
