Sonia Wilkinson: My family has been super happy with our sunroom. It's large - 20 x 15ft, and is so very comfortable. The quality is second to none.It's been 1 1/2 years and the seal along the top needed a touch up. Not a surprise given the temperature fluctuation in Southern Ontario. It was under warranty, so this was covered. Mike came out and took very good care of us!! Answered all our questions, explained a tricky thing so we would know...couldn't be happier.The investment is well worth it!! The quality is exceptional and it increases the value of your property, too. The customer service is superb, as well. Don't ask me how much bc I won't say. It's not fair to the company. Besides, every install is different! If you have a budget for a sunroom, don't hesitate - get a quote from Lumon.

Myk Wedmid: We were having a problem with the door in our glass enclosed porch. I called Lumon and they got back to me in a very short time to tell me when they would be coming out to fix it! Michael Kellokoski was the gentleman who came and within a few minutes for adjusting and lubricating , it was fixed. Michael was very professional and knew what he was doing! We love our enclosure very much and appreciate the caring people who work at Lumon! I give this company a 10+! I would recommend Lumon and all their employees to anyone! 1st class! This is our second season with the cover and this year we added a retractable glass panel wall to cut down on wind. Great purchase!

David Bogue: Lumon installed the glass enclosure 2018 totally impressed with there service then, William as consultant. Almost 5 years later, a couple of the rollers had to be replaced on the bottom of the doors. The structure is weather beaten pretty bad. I first connected with Kevin, who was excellent providing concern for the fix. Kevin connected myself with Michael Service manager, who made the repairs happen with in one week. Credits for the great service today from Steve the Tech., who went out of his way to replace the hardware door handles bringing the enclosure back to new! Thank you Lumon the greatest service that's tough to find these days!Dave
Aiglee Klassen-Castillo: Love our new patio roof! We found out about Lumon last year and were pretty excited about getting it in Spring. It took a week to install and they finished the day right before the big storm! The roof held perfectly. Scott McGregor was our sales guy and the only bad thing was confusion around the kitchen vent but other than that he explained everything well, recommended a good contractor to take our old pergola down, and always replied very fast. Jose was out installer and he did a great job! Even working around issues with wrong measurements or weird places for the posts. Our roof is giant and we love it!
