Katey Townshend: One of my favourite places in hamilton. The pupusas are my favourite lunch meal. It’s temporarily closed until they find a new location. I hope they can re-open soon, especially on Ottawa St. We miss you!

Andrea Williams: The bottled aji for the empanadas is really good! Worth the buy! Wish they gave little cups of it when you buy empanadas to eat fresh. Bought tonnes of frozen empanadas for those hankerings. Also got the frozen buñuelos but haven’t tried them yet. Great service at the counter and enjoyed the experience. Tasted great!

Big Ryan: First time stopping here ... I picked up an order of enchiladas and a piece of chicharron.I enjoyed both items... but I must admit the salsa with the enchiladas had a different taste to it... I can't quite figure out the taste but I almost want to say it was like a BBQ sauce...It was good, just different!Sorry, there is no picture of the chicharron... I ate it before getting home and taking a picture. 🤭

Georgia Carbary: It was the best going-away dinner 🍽️ Juan knew exactly what everybody wanted it was as if he was reading our minds, the food was out-of-this-world delicious 🤤🤤, he will be greatly missed in this neighbourhood cilantros was a great change-of-pace. I wish him and his family great things for the next journey of there lives 💜💜😁😁 it will be very sad if Juan leaves the restaurant business altogether because there are few like him in the business that make going out for dinner a treat and a great experience thank you for the many years 💖💖

Metro Contract Management: I am a regular here and I have yet to order off of the menu. We are served whaat is prepared upon arriving and each time we are amazed at the variety of dishes and consistency of excellence in the food. The food is beyond amazing.I recommend making a reservation for yourself or your group and enjoy whatever may be servied to you. Alejandro Cajiao: Menú is limited but food is tasty. We arrived with no reservations made and apparently you need one, but they accomodated us. The food we ordered was good and generous portions. I would suggest if y don't like spicy hot sauces maybe ask for a possible substitution.
Peter Mascher: Our group of friends had a very nice dinner at Cilantro, my first time at the restaurant in its current incarnation. The food was very tasty and the service exceptionally friendly and efficient. I would have given a fifth star if the wine selection had been better - maybe next time.
Lynne Atkinson: Chef Juan and his staff are wonderful and accommodating. We are vegetarians and he prepared dishes catered personally to us. It's always a pleasurable dining experience at the intimate Culantro.

Patrick BS: We had an absolute good time here with my family for my brothers birthday. Staff were welcoming. Great ambiance. Lots of choices like nachos, tacos, quesadillas, pupusas and many more. This restaurant is absolutely not comparable to fast food chains out there. They are authentic and took their time to cook. We will definitely come back here again!
Aaron Allen: Had a great time at Mesa for my wife's birthday. It was a busy night, and unfortunately some of our large group was going to be late for our reservation, but the staff were very accommodating. In addition several of our party had unique dietary needs, and the staff saw to it that we were able to eat there. Delicious food and huge portions.Vegetarian options: Vegan burritos and vegan enchiladas were delicious.

Jennifer Walker: We hired Mucho Burrito on Upper James location to cater an employee event for 75 people. They were fantastic! The staff was wonderful to work with, the food was delivered hot and it was delicious. Huge portions. We were able to enjoy it again the next day. Everyone at the office raved about how it was the best lunch we have ever ordered in. You cannot beat the price either. We look forward to using them again. Highly recommend.
