Jioh Kim: , and steak Frites. Food was good, but the service was EXCELLENT. Nour, our server made our day! She was so friendly, witty and attentive. I mentioned to her that it was my partner’s birthday and she didn’t forget to put a candle on our dessert, following by a couple cocktails for us on the house. Overall, a very pleasant evening celebrating a special occasion!

Jessica Jolink: Cute new spot downtown Hamilton. Really reasonable prices! Came here with a girlfriend for a couple drinks and apps. Our food was very delicious and the drinks were made great as well. I am giving Undefined 4 stars because the service was not the best. We were sat at the bar and the bar tender was extremely rude to the point we wanted to leave to restaurant all together and go somewhere else. We wanted to ask him and question & order our drink while he was standing right in front of us on the other side on the bar.. usually you can do this no problem and the bar tender can multitask or politely say they will come back to us in one moment. This guy looked up at us and said “did I ask you for your order yet ? No I didn’t so let me finish what I’m doing first”.. extremely rude. My girlfriend and I go out all the time and know good service. This place doesn’t have it, which is too bad for a really cute spot. Would maybe give it another chance to see how other servers are.

Randy G: Party of 4, on a Saturday evening. We ate on the patio which is set beside the main building, back from the sidewalk. Very nice atmosphere for dinner, little street noise. Our server was friendly and efficient and we enjoyed appetizers, mains and dessert. The Key Lime tart was excellent. The interior of the tavern is quite elegant, and we’d definitely recommend, except for the Chocolate crème Brûlée which was more of a chocolate pudding and overly sweet.
Sam Samida: If you go to pizza pizza for your pizza then please avoid this classy hidden gem of Hamilton. Dishes are made to perfection and selection is fabulous. Staff are good but drinks take time to arrive at table. Still this place deserves 6 stars out of 5. Been there few times and never let down. Please make sure you have a sophisticated desire to try superb food before you visit

Todd Taylor: Great meal here on Tuesday with Family. Really appreciated the friendly staff, from the second you walked in, until the second you left. Very reasonably priced. Great ambience. We were able to actually hear each other easily and felt no pressure in terms of time. Maureen Linehan: or you can enjoy a table with low lighting for a more intimate setting. For a Monday evening the place was busy, which was nice to see.As an FYI, there is no parking onsite but we found plenty of street parking and if you plan to indulge, a taxi/Uber is the best option. 5 stars all around!! We look forward to a return visit soon!

Tiffany Leung: I took my family of 10 here for dinner from China and they were incredibly impressed with the food, presentation, and the level of service received by Lois! Without question, they had placed our large group in a private dining room, our waters were constantly refilled and asked how we were doing. We ordered 3 bone-in ribeye steaks and a few of their sides, the 1000 layer potato comes highly recommended and did not disappoint. This place was a show stopper and would return for a date night for a more intimate experience.

We got the wagyu, 1000 layer potato, truffle fries and the cheesecake. Manu Br: The restaurant has a cool theme, service was fast and efficient and we loved their food and drinks. Their menu had quite a few unique options that I haven't seen in other places. We tried the chicken liver brulee, the lamb blanquette in a blanket and the rabbit and wild pheasant lasagna in addition to a few cocktails. Everything tasted excellent. I was actually hesitant because I usually do not like the taste of lamb nor rabbit but the food was delicious here. Glad I decided to try something different, it was worth it and I recommend.**Edit: for drinks, we tried the daiquiri, the new york sour and the suns out buns out cocktails. I liked them all but suns out buns out was my favourite.

Most dishes are easy to share and worth doing if you want to try the variety. Highly recommend this place for any special outing.Also, if there is no street parking, there is a municipal parking just off Mulberry a short walk away.

Sean Reilly: Went for dinner at Bean Bar and had an excellent meal. The staff were friendly and the outdoor patio was a nice option. I recommend the "To Die For" sandwich!
Martina B: Today my family and I went in for dinner to celebrate my 37th birthday. I’ve been to Bean Bar several times and it’s actually so pleasant. Not packed. Atmosphere is very chill and you don’t have to yell over the music. It’s actually quite zen. We got served by Matt ,who was so sweet and so pleasant. He was just the perfect amount of waiter. Just enough small talk and very attentive. Great customer service ,which is very hard to find lately. Thank you Matt. Hope to be served by you again on our next visit.
Priscilla Wong: Excellent service! Our server was friendly and accommodating, definitely highlighted the experience. Prices are a bit high, but you’re paying for good food here!! Nachos are like none you’ve had before, trust me they’re great. Pickled jalapeño and all the best things on one platter. Turkey burger was a bit dry but it had all the right flavours, even the salad accompanying it was amazing. One of the best beef burgers you can get too, such a great meal! Our food took a long time to get to our table though, about an hour of wait.
