Breanne Gallant - Roach: I honestly am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got my braces first put on when I was 16, had surgery and my mouth wired shut, and she still helped me. My mom billed to insurance what she could, and monthly plans to be able to afford it. I went to the dentist, they took one of the brackets off, and she put it back on with no problems. I was quoted two years, ended up with mine for almost 6 years due to becoming pregnant and only so much can be done. I have a permanent retainer on the top and bottom, along with the removable one. They even whitened my teeth, so there were no leftover marks from where the braces were.My daughter now goes there, and she advocates for my daughter, and her orthodontic needs. My benefits cover less than my moms did, and I still have a solid payment plan to be able to afford my daighters orthodontic needs.
Lee Smith: I get compliments on my smile everywhere I go. Dr. Gaik and Dr. Bai of Downtown Main Dental did my work. Every picture I smile in people say how beautiful my smile is. Dr. Gaik completely changed my face. Getting braces was the best thing I ever did. Dr. Gaik also did many peoples braces I know. Her prices are perfect for Hamilton area. Thank you Dr. Gaik for my beautiful smile.
Kyle Wardell: I went to Natalie as a teenager who couldn’t close his mouth because of my dramatic overbite. One orthodontist suggested breaking my jaw and waiting, while Natalie took a different approach. My mother had gone to Natalie when she first opened her clinic.Personally I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. Reading some of the other reviews really makes me think these people are going to the same clinic. To me, Natalie isn’t there to make a quick buck, or kick you out of the door as soon as you’re done. They do their part, you do yours, which includes cleaning your teeth, and taking care of them.Lastly, it had been some time since my initial “treatment” and I was able to floss on the back side of a tooth with the bracket on it. I knew this wasn’t right. I booked an appointment to fix the issue, they fixed it in the same visit, and beefed up the edge ones per my request.Once again, this is my experience; others write theirs. Hope this helps.

Marcie M.: Dr. Mike Taylor and Dr. Lance Edwards are gifts from God. I took my daughter to three other orthodontists before I finally got lucky. Ironically, I was told about Dr. Taylor by an assistant who worked for another orthodontist who told us that my daughter would never have perfect teeth and, more disturbingly, that he could dismiss us as patients if he wanted to. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Edwards met with us and they proved otherwise! My daughter has an absolutely beautiful smile now and we are so extremely grateful to them both for not only their professionalism but for their kindness. They have hired staff who also embody their genuine caring, and there was never a time that I worried about the care they were providing. Dr. Taylor is also well known to my daughter's oral surgeon at Sick Kids, and when he found out that Dr. Taylor was her orthodontist, he gave us a huge thumbs up of approval. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Edwards made me look like an awesome parent for giving my daughter the gift of a gorgeous smile. I have the highest respect for them both!

What???!!!Back to Dr. Schacher, who, without an x-ray could 'feel' where that impacted tooth was on first examination and suggested a spacer and patience. He said "It will come down and when it does we'll grab it and brace it". That made sense. He makes sense. What a relief. He was right on! S G: , who received Invisalign to achieve a smile that I’ve been wanting since I was a teenager. Dr. Sam and his team were not only professional, but inspiring, helpful and excited to help! I also appreciated their honesty in my treatment process. I, like many others wanted that ‘Hollywood smile’ without physically changing my teeth. Dr. Sam and his team were ALWAYS honest that the results would be exponentially different, but would not be ‘perfect veneers.’ They explained how the shape of my teeth would shift, how they would look after treatment, and were eager to extend my treatment when I wasn’t 100% about the first results. Honesty, transparency and understanding are something I highly value in any medical profession.I always feel welcomed in their office, and have never felt like a ‘bother,’ when calling with questions regarding my treatment. Their pricing is also incredibly reasonable - including pre, during AND post care. I will recommend Redhill to everyone who is seeking a perfect smile.

I've never experienced a place quite like this one... so chill and friendly.I called them b/c I needed adjustments to my braces which had been put on in another city and Red Hill was immediately welcoming.After checking in at the reception area, where I was offered a free specialty coffee - yum, I was led into a large open concept room with aprox 12 stations. It was the middle of the week and most of the stations had kids in the chairs, each attended by a young dental worker. Work and conversations were happening in a relaxed tone.My work was done quickly and professionally and the price was right. If I ever need orthodontic services again, this will certainly be my go-to place!

This happens as everyone has custom anchors, the ones that broke off for me were quite small and I was warned to take it easy brushing so that's on me. They even accommodated me when I screwed up the appointment dates and came in a day early TWICE! I never had to sit more than 5 min in the waiting area after check in

Nadia Matos: I have a very sensitive mouth and going to the dentist is a very stressful event. My most recent visit with dental hygienist Katherine has been by far is best experience EVER. She was fun, chatty and reassuring and took measures to reduce my pain. My visit was 99% pain free and trust me the pain I did have was minuscule in comparison to past experiences with other hygienists. I highly recommend a visit with Katherine!!!

Nicholas Wehrle: My wife had went to see Dr. Shady with a pain in her gums that had been there for some time, being to a different Dentist prior to this visit they had just told her to take Tylenol and nothing was wrong. Almost immediately Dr. Shady looked at the X-ray and had identified what the cause was and told us the steps required to fix this! The office is very nice and the staff are very friendly, we are both happy to say we have found our new dental office.

A M: All of the staff here are super friendly and informative! The receptionists are so welcoming and are also always on the ball with responding to calls and making sure they are able to find appointment times that work for me. Also, the dentists and other professionals inside explain everything they do clearly and make every visit comfortable. I'm normally nervous at the dentist, but they make the experience comfortable by speaking to me like a person. I've had experiences at other dentists that felt very rushed, somewhat painful/uncomfortable, and stressful. However, the professionals here always ask if I'm feeling alright, and always inform me of everything they're doing in my mouth. As someone who can be anxious at times, I might feel too nervous to speak out if I feel discomfort or nervous about a procedure. It's refreshing because you can tell they care about my comfort, not just getting the job done. Thank you!

Diane Robbins: I was in desperate need for a dentist to extract an infected broken tooth. I called a number of dentists, of which none were going to be open until January 3rd 2023. This was on December 27th am. A very lovely person answered my call and said she would get back to me if they had a cancellation as they were fully booked. Less than an hour later she had something for me. When I got there I was treated very well, as everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere in the office was very calming as everyone seemed to get along well, and it was a very positive place to be. I was very impressed with the dentist, as he was very knowledgeable, kind and was very willing to help me the best he could and quickly. This will be my new dental office I will go to, and it is worth driving 45 minutes to have the care they provide. Thank you for being who you are.

Joclynn Pulice: Dr. Sims and Lauryn were very knowledgeable, patient and supportive during the process of having my little guys lip and tongue tie done. This is something that was probably harder on the mom than the baby but they made it easier. They took the time to explain everything before the procedure and when it came to the procedure they made sure to check in on, reassure and comfort both baby and mom. After the procedure they took the time to ensure that we knew how to do stretches and exercises. Lauryn was easy to reach through email for any questions after the fact and Dr Sims even sent a text message on the weekend to check in. I would highly recommend!

The phone consultation for my daughter's tongue and potential lip tie was very in depth and the following emails were informative. He showed me the after care process and made sure I was comfortable with it all! I felt at ease with everyone from the moment I walked in. The front desk girls were amazing! They were friendly and kind as they checked us in and out afterwards. The clinic was so CLEAN! Cleaner than any other place I have been too. There is also free parking options! I definitely recommend Dr.Sims and his team!

The procedure took seconds only😍 he was really nice, quick, and gentle.My husband and I are dentists too I assure that he did everything perfectly, his stuff are really nice as well. Kyle M: I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed on Friday. Despite my initial nervousness due to friends telling me their experiences, I could not be more pleased with how the extractions went! Dr. Sims and Dr. Mohammad were excellent throughout the procedure. Dr. Mohammad walked me through how the procedure would go and took time and care to make sure I was comfortable as he set me up for IV sedation, which they have recently begun to offer, and it made a world of a difference for me, I didn’t feel a thing and was completely relaxed throughout the process. I’m currently day 3 post-op and have not been feeling much pain or discomfort, just some minor swelling which was expected. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend anyone who might need to get any dental procedures done via IV sedation or any dental matters in general to hit up Dr. Sims and his team, you definitely will not be disappointed! Thank you Century Stone Dental for the continued care and professionalism shown to me on every visit!

We also appreciate all the accommodations that were made as I am currently recovering from a C-section and at the time was unable to use stairs. We have seen significant improvement in our son, he is now able to latch for feedings and use his tongue in general. We also appreciate Dr. Sims for completing the procedure, his dedication and going out of his way to see how we were doing post procedure!
Elizabeth Halloran: We had a very positive experience with Dr. Sims and Lauren. We were referred by a friend, after our concerns were not heard at another dentist’s office. In advance of our appointment, Lauren took very detailed notes about my son’s difficulties over the phone. She confirmed that several of his issues could be related to a tongue/lip tie and she scheduled an assessment fairly quickly for us, in the next week.At the assessment, Lauren explained the process and what to expect in very good detail. Paperwork was also prepared for us, including a handy tracking sheet for noting that stretches/exercises were being performed at home.Lauren and Dr. Sims evaluated my son’s mouth and recommended laser for a tongue tie and lip tie. They showed where the restriction was very clearly. Above all, we really appreciated that the procedure could be done the same day.The procedure itself went really well and I had no concerns. Though painful, we were given some time afterward to calm baby down and feed him in private. Also appreciated them taking my call a few days later regarding the tongue exercises.Separate from how smoothly things went, the results of this procedure were life changing for my son. He previously endured colic episodes for several hours each day, probably due to excess gas. Starting the day of the procedure, he has not had any episodes. He was immediately able to drink bottles much more effectively and now he is often in a happy mood. Of course these benefits are just what happened for us, and I’m sure each baby is quite different.Would rate 10 stars if we could.

We had our infant son's tongue tie released, the staff member was knowledgable about the procedure and answered all questions we had in a reassuring way. The Dr who performed the procedure was confident in what he was doing which eased our nerves. Anna Mollame: I just finished my first appointment at StoneHill and I am so impressed. The facility is beautiful, spacious and technologically advanced. The staff are SO NICE and knowledgeable. I never thought I'd have "fun" at the dentist but these girls made me laugh and feel very welcome. They explained each stage of my exam and what it meant for my dental health as well as the various options for treatments. The staff communicated amongst each other very well which displayed a good sense of teamwork. I'm so happy I chose this clinic for my dental health.
