Aysana Sonya: HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES RUDE RUDE RUDE. I wrote a great review before and I just erased it. June 2023 I came here for 5:45 drove from brantford specifically for this location . The guy that did my oil change was so rude it was ridiculous at the end of the service he put in the wrong oil when I ask for full penzoil with the car washes . At the end of it they argued saying I was lying and refused to honour a free car wash: they instead would rather drain all the oil and make me pay the difference. I had three kids in my backseat and we sat there for 25 min during oil change yet instead of apologizing and honouring it they chose to say they don’t care if I come back. NEVER WILL I BE BACK. I was a loyal customer for two years and they ruined that.

I saw so many good reviews and live close by, so figured it was worth a try. They’re very polite and kind, there’s free coffee/water/wife/phone charging. They clearly care about customers. They asked about an air filter change and when I declined there was no push at all. Felt very comfortable as a not-so-knowledgeable woman, which isn’t always the case. Would definitely return and recommend to others, especially younger women!

Rob: Great staff, great service and good prices in my opinion. I was always leery of finding a place to take my vehicle, you read and hear about scams. When I moved to the location which was right near Trillium back in 2005 I didn't have a regular mechanic or garage I took my vehicle so I tried Trillium and been going there since.I've since moved from that location and although more difficult to get there instead of just dropping my vehicle off and walking home, I'm definitely staying with them for there servicesThanks!!Rob
Amanda Le Blanc: our car is still going, which is pretty good for a 2010 with ample mileage. Last time I was in, they caught some issues in my suspension that if left unchecked could have caused some serious you-need-a-new-car damage. Crisis averted. After a very expensive diagnosis, the problem still existed. Two weeks later and extensive research, my car was properly diagnosed and repaired. I was not charged for the wrong diagnosis. This kind of honesty is rare and an excellent trait to have in a mechanic shop. I have been to several shops over the years. Kellen Crumb: I was worried when my car started acting up, because I was new to Hamilton and hadn't met a trustworthy mechanic yet. I did some research and chose CRS and Im super happy that I did. They were quick, communicative and honest. Car felt like it was 2009 again after their help. I will definitely be calling them again the next time the car starts dancing on the streets.
