Darlene Van Arragon: Elizabeth, the physiotherapist, is a magician helping me to get back on track after a car accident. She is inquisitive, a good listener, and has a no nonsense, pragmatic way about her that I appreciate. The others help with stretches and exercises which is helpful and the receptionists are friendly and book sessions around work and kids' schedules. They do direct billing which solves another headache. Highly recommend this place!

My shoulder was fractured in 2 places and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. Biru listens and works with you at all costs. His mannerism and patience is amazing. He got me back to work in no time at all.And not to forget Amanda, Robert and Samantha who are wonderful with the exercise programs they presented. They spent time making sure that I was moving in the right direction to a full recovery. I loved the sense of humour, and friendliness but most importantly,Professional! I always came away feeling like a new person.Olivia and Jackie at the front desk are the kindest ever. They walked me through the process and were always willing to change up my times and dates at a pinch. Nothing was ever too much for the girls. Deborah M: In February, 2020, I fell and broke my right arm and wrist in 2 places while ice skating.I started going to a physiotherapist and then the pandemic started. I was told that I could no longer have in-person physiotherapy sessions. After 3 weeks, I started having virtual physiotherapy sessions with Elizabeth at CBI, Hamilton - Upper James. I was skeptical at first as I didn’t think that these sessions would help me regain the use of my hand, wrist and arm.Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She was very confident that I would be able to return to work full time if I performed the exercises that she showed me how to do, virtually.I’m happy to say that I was able to recover fully and return to work full time within a few months.Elizabeth knows exactly what to do and she encouraged me every step of the way.I highly recommend Elizabeth and CBI for their physiotherapy program.

Jim Miles: This is Rosemary Miles. I am a Registered Nurse and I had a very, very painful pulled muscle in my back and a pinched nerve in my groin, which sent me to the ER. Terrible pain. My family doctor said it was sciatica and gave me a bunch of pain pills, anti inflammatory and nerve pain pills, which helped a little, but had the usual side effects - drowsy, dizzy, constipated..went to see the physiotherapist Elizabeth who is incredible! Did a full assessment and discovered it is my L4 nerve that’s been damaged. Also did great exercises and traction moves with me and taught me how to do them at home. Saw an immediate wonderful improvement! She is experienced and thorough and wise. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is and how grateful I am to have found her through a family member recommendation.
Barnadet Khosho: I have so much respect for Elizabeth, she is the best physiotherapist in the entire world. Sometimes I even drive 1 hour just to keep her as my therapist. She is so conscientious, efficient and knowledgeable in what she does. I avoid going to any doctors or therapists from my anxiety but she is something else. Someone who knows how to deal with stressed and anxious people. I have been dealing with her for the past 5 years and let me tell you that she exactly knows where my pain is coming from and deals with it.Thank you for all your hardworking and patience with me!

Glen's World & Stuff: So a little over a year ago I had a car accident nothing serious but would get sharp pains in my knee. My insurance company directed me here. I was treated by Elizabeth and looked after in the gym primarily by Matt but on occasion Robert as well as well as message therapy from Kim. But honestly there wasn’t a single member of this staff that isn’t just awesome. Great sense of humour always laughing and having a good time with each other and patients making you always feel like you are part of their family. It made the work of getting better enjoyable and I was actually sad when it was over.Ironically almost a year and a month later I have a minor rib and muscle injury at work and when the doctor told me I had to have physio again I knew exactly where I wanted to go and will always want to go. So here I am again. This time being treated by Lisa who is fairly new their herself and she fits in just great. Robert and Matt again taking care of me in the gym and everyone who I delt with last year even the ladies at the reception and booking desk who are still there remembered who I was and my name. These guys are awesome and I can’t say enough good things about them. And I probably should especially Matt because it’s fun to give him a hard time but he takes it for what it is. Just friendly jabber.Last thing I should mention is my knee from last year not only got better thanks to these people but it actually even to this day feels better then it has in years. It’s the same leg I had an injury on on high school over 20 years ago and I don’t even feel that anymore. As for this recent injury, it is still fairly recent so I am still a little uncomfortable at times but already feels a million times better then it did and I’m only a little over a week into treatment.

Fiona M. and Andrew Popov: I can not say enough good things about our therapist at this location. Due to my daughter being immune compromised we have been accessing their services virtually and Marina has been absolutely amazing. She has been able to engage my daughter in handwriting in a fun and exciting way despite the challenges my daughter faces of ADHD and very poor fine motor coordination. Marina is just fantastic. I have amazing team here and my specialists that Made my story a success I did attend other Physio place before but I couldn’t get ahead with the pain and doing exercises.I really thought I would never be able to move my arm and shoulder again, yes it’s all my hard work but being shown exercises that I could never do without being in extreme pain. I did it and now I’m doing other exercises and this speciality program is amazing I did a whole lifestyle change,never once felt like I shouldn’t be here they welcomed me with open arms, realized my pain and anxiety with not being able to do my job to help others. unfortunately my back will never be the same but that’s when they discovered I had dish disease but my shoulder when I started this program was 20 % better, yesterday they asked me and I say 70% better. I can move again , I can be active with my kids aga.So if you want results hard work pays off I’m walking prove.Thank you to my amazing Physio therapist Lisa, Jessica ,and my ot therapist Vanessa I couldn’t have done this without you ladies.❤️
