1. Castaway North will book the site at the Pinery Provincial Park, starting 5 months in advance. The site/vehicle permit will be in your name.


2. Ontario Parks only allows bookings 5 months in advance. We try to book Dunes area with electrical. If we are unsuccessful at reserving a site, or if you are not satisfied with our site choice, the place holder is 100% refundable or transferrable to another date.

3. Once we have confirmed a site reservation with Ontario Parks for the Pinery during your placeholder dates, you will be contacted and required to either confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit, or forfeit your placeholder. Your placeholder deposit will then become part of reservation deposit.

4. Our Pinery Package cancellation policy: Once you have a confirmed reservation, the 50% deposit is not refundable unless Ontario Parks cancels the site reservation and we are granted a full site refund.

5. Full reservation amount is due 14 days prior to the commencement of your trip, after which only 25% of the entire reservation is refundable, unless we are able to fill the reservation in which a partial to full refund will be reviewed.
