Shahvez: Since we purchased our Mercedes-Benz GLE, we have almost exclusively serviced it at MB Burlington. The primary reason for this is Andjelo Franjic. Even though we bought the car in Peterborough and live in the GTA, the drive to Burlington is made worth it by the superior level of service and expertise that Andjelo always provides. He makes the customer feel confident in the service team, and by extension, creates confidence in the brand.

Jo Jo: . I was debating between several makes, and after having a discussion with Jack Doan, he convinced me that the GLA250 would meet and exceed all my needs. He was very considerate of what I asked for and had my budget in mind. He is patient and really took the time to listen and make the best suggestions.My car was ready in less than a month, and rather than having to drive all the way from Pickering to Burlington to pick up the car, he arranged for a driver, Dennis Bird, to pick us up on a date and time that worked for me. Another option was to have the car delivered right to my house, but I wanted to pick it up.Dennis came promptly at the scheduled time and Jack treated us to drinks for the longer drive back. We got to experience sitting in another MB model, getting a feel of what some of the features are.After signing all the documents and having a fun “unveiling” moment, we were greeted by Steve Roman who walked me through all the features of my car!I had such a great experience and I would recommend everyone who’s in the market to come by this dealership and get helped by some of the most nicest/genuine people around. Nell Van Ymeren: The service was done very quickly, which was wonderful. My car came back clean. The only issue is I have piano black on the console, and I do feel there are a few extra scratches on it that were not on it before. My suggestion is to be sure the cleaning people are aware of this.

Dardan auto sales was completely different, I bought a 2010 dodge van in may and had a few issue pop up that normally pop up with used vehicles. Egzon Imeri the manager was great to deal with from the start, anything that came up with the van he quickly addressed with no hesitation. If you can find a vehicle at dardan auto sale I would recommend them 100% great to find a honest and reliable used car dealership.
