I live over an hour away. So I ordered online from their website. After 24 hours I did not receive any confirms or tracking. I Called them about it and they were very nice and friendly and found out I mess up my email. They helped me fix it right away and everything is in its way. Very good selection at store and staff very excellent! Will always go back and get more things from them in the future.

I called Scott at Urban Traveller and not only did he return calls and address the issue right away he also jumped in his car and drove from Burlington to north of London to deliver a new piece of luggage to replace the other . He also expedited other luggage I ordered and delivered them as well. He gave a tutorial on features of the luggage . He is very personable and engaging and a delight to deal with . This is a trustworthy and committed business that I will come back to in the future with our travel needs .
