Glen Robins: I've only ever bought parts here, as I do all my own servicing, but I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. Bert's has always had what I needed, and has always given good, friendly advice. Prices are usually a bit higher, but I prefer paying a little more to support small business.

Mark: Good place to go for service and parts but be aware, don’t expect kindness. I was going to buy a riding lawnmower but decided against it by the way the owner conducted himself. Also when I phoned and spoke to owner about part I needed he didn’t warn me about the restricted access to his business the road was closed off and his tone was snarky . A simple kindness towards customers goes a long way. Perhaps the COVID situation was getting to him like all of us lol.

Micaine Carberry: I have been coming here for years for any warranty related repairs to my power tools and equipment. They have helped me find parts for weird things, as well as repair tools. I have waited months for parts, especially due to the previous milwaukee shortages, but I have been called and advised when my tools and parts are ready. Yes, they can be a bit rough around the edges, but I live a friendly dose of sarcasm. I am in the trades, so I understand the humor and / or lack of emotion at times. Overall, they have always been polite and professional. The counter ladies have always been fantastic. I will keep coming back as I have been for years.

The service there was amazing and treated us very well. Because of that we purchased a kubota t2290 from them. The tractor was delivered a few weeks ago and had a defect in the belt. They ordered a belt and sent out a guy as soon as possible and fixed it. Couldn't be happier with the service and product. Thanks John and team!
