Kat Barrell: I had the most wonderful experience with Bruce! We had just moved and were missing a connector piece to attach our chandelier to the ceiling. The electrician was at my house and could not put it up - also offered no alternatives other than “buy a new one” which I felt was ridiculous. I drove over to Bruce’s shop and he was SO helpful- he went to look for an appropriate piece and when he did not have something that fit he MADE a custom connector that would work. Then, he wouldn’t even let me pay him for it! His kindness made my week! We just moved to Hamilton and it was such a nice welcome!! Thank you Bruce- I will come to you with all my lighting needs from now on.

David Williams: I brought them two 45 year old outdoor wall fixtures that were not working. First call lighting responded quickly to the message I left them, and completely rebuilt the light fixtures by the next day. Martha Morrison: A couple months ago, my husband I were passing by this plaza and we turned around to go into Elm Ridge Lighting on impulse as we had need of a new ceiling fan. Being from Burlington, I feel this was a lucky decision. Tracy was a wonderful help, very knowledgeable and friendly, and we purchased a great Alta 52 inch Hinkley fan/light, all colours to choose from in stock, which we absolutely love. It really saves on air conditioning and is so quiet and easy to operate, nifty little remote control. I would definitely drive back there for future lighting needs just for the personalized service and fair pricing.

The seasonal associate came outside with me to my car, took the measurements, and it fit. A very nice lot associate helped me load it. I believe her name was Terry. Thank you for the great customer service.

Kelly Shovhan: This location has always been great to us, in the way that any person would expect, but today they went above and beyond. After a terrible kids workshop experience at another location we came here asking if they’d be able to accommodate us for the day instead, and thankfully that had an extra kit we were able to take home AND a spare kit from a previous workshop as an kind gesture. They were amazingly kind, horrified to hear about the issues we experienced at the other store and asked us to return here for the future so they could continue to take care of us.Separately to todays ordeal the store has always been clean, well organized and professional, and I could never imagine an issue happening like we had at that other location.
