The Rebel And The Girl: I was referred to Dr. Diane Reid at the ENT department. Dr Reid is brilliant she gave me my life back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. The staff and volunteers i’ve dealt with here are always very friendly and attentive.

Alex Granados: My partner and I came here with respiratory concerns last week. The wait was long and communication throughout the day was lacking. That said, the staff were incredibly compassionate and took their time to understand our concerns. Considering the mass underfunding of our healthcare system, I felt that the hospital was effective with their limited resources. Compared to other hospitals in Hamilton, I strongly suggest coming here.

C M: I had the best service. Only had 1 person that was grumpy and abrupt with me. The residents were amazing. I came in for a second opinion as my symptoms were not OK and St.Catharines general sent me home in pain and no answers for it. Hamilton General was amazing. Thank you for figuring it out!

The Rebel And The Girl: Had my tympanoplasty surgery here. Dr Reid, Dr. Park and staff were fantastic. I had one complaint about a nurse when I came out of anesthesia when I was in tremendous pain she mockingly and rudely dismissed the pain I was in. Either than that the staff made me feel very comfortable and calm as my anxiety was very high before surgery.
Javed Munshi: Environment was clean and tidy.. everyone was very friendly... was visiting a respiratory consultant and whilst waiting daughter really enjoyed the rooftop playground.. which had tricycles, push cars, a track, large connect 4 and kids baskball.. top notch makes visiting and waiting much more of a pleasant experience.. 5/stars
Dr. Stanley Moyo: Love how this hospital is built and organised. It is also clean and you see efforts to enhance efficiency, standards and safety everywhere you go.The nurse we interacted with when our grandson was born was very professional and an excellent ambassador for the hoslital.

The nurses at 4B went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable especially after my c section. The treatment I got here was better then I got at any other hospital I’ve been too

As a first time mom I was obviously extremely nervous but having such amazing women supporting made it so much easier.
