Ashlyn Beatty: Today I went for a checkup and quote for a root canal for the New Year. Dr. Joseph Fortino and his assistant were amazing! Took updated x-rays and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He also showed me my x-rays and explained them to me. We ended up completing the root canal today and there was minimal pain afterwards, but during the procedure, both of them took the time to provide mini breaks for my comfort as well as checking in with me periodically to make sure I was ok. They also took x-rays throughout the procedure to make sure the procedure was complete, and they also used an antiseptic solution in the tooth to prevent future infections. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to see him as he is wonderful with his patients. The two of them were able to lighten the mood as well to make the procedure less stressful on me. Even though he is an hour drive for me, I will definitely be returning to him in the future.
