Valley Farm is located on the traditional territories of the Mississauga and Haudenosaunee nations, and within the lands protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Agreement, a treaty between the Anishinaabe, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and Haudenosaunee to peaceably share the territory and care for the land and resources around the Great Lakes. Valley Farm offers outdoor boarding on 22 acres with immediate access to some of the best equestrian trails in Ontario. This natural lifestyle allows horses to be with the company of their herd 24 hours a day, the freedom to move, and access to forage (pasture or hay). A DIY stall is available, and horses may come in during extreme weather. We are currently at capacity, but you can join the waitlist.

Pet a Pony is a family experience designed for kids and their parents or guardians, to get up close to a horse in a safe and natural setting. Each program is unique and guided by each children’s interests and comfort level. Activities may include watching horses from a protected space, petting, grooming, leading, snapping lots of pictures, and possibly even a short ride on Tangle.

This is a great opportunity to spend time together as a family, learn more about horses, build confidence, and experience sheer joy!

This is a private program for families, for up to 3 siblings at a time.

Cabra Park Stables is 50 beautiful acres with an Indoor Arena, Outdoor Sand Ring, Outdoor Grass Jumping Ring, Bridle Path and Hills for Hacking, Access to the Rail Trail, 15 Box Stalls, Pasture and Indoor Board and Large Grass Turnouts. We are located on Jerseyville Rd., just outside of Ancaster, Ontario and minutes from Hwy 403.

We are the DeMelo family and live on-site at this family run boarding facility. Everyone in our family rides (although dad is more comfortable on the tractor) and this farm is a dream come true for us.

Cabra Park Stables is committed to providing excellent care and attention to both horse and owner. When your horse is here, we treat them like family.

We are primarily an Eventing Barn but we welcome all English disciplines and horse breeds.
