For late arrivals, please notify us if you're running late to help us plan ahead for our next clients coming in. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will lose their appointment and need to reschedule for another day and time.

->Clients must have 24 hours prior to their appointment. We do shave the full back and back of the neck for clients who cannot reach those areas. Clients will be charged a $15 shaving fee if other areas of the body are not cleaned. Please note, dry shaving can cause skin irritation and is not recommended.
