Robert Gatchell: met us at the wholesaler to show us the available stone options opposed to selecting from a book. This allowed us to see exactly what the end product would look like. Once stones were selected, an estimate start date was provided and they hit their target. When their crew arrived, they were clean, professional, tidy, and communicative. Steve the foreman was a rock star, he worked with me through the whole project making sure we were on the same page with some of the design features.
