J O: Dr. Leonardi was wonderful. Kind, clear, and one of the least painful ultrasounds I've had. Considering I've generally felt pain for all of my previous ones that's pretty impressive. I got clear and patient information that didn't feel rushed, a sense of importance in their efforts to send the info to my doc asap, and validation about my condition.I would say the only negative is that they ask preferred name in the form but don't use it without prompting. But for me, I care most about the pain and other aspects of the exam. For someone else this could be very difficult.Overall I would definitely recommend the place and the doctor. It's amazing to get confirmation and validation before surgery. I don't have to go into surgery being afraid of misdiagnosis or wasting people's time. I get to understand my pain in advanced, and even got more clarity on the why and how.Thank you to Dr. Leonardi.
Mehgan Lalumiere: I submitted my requisition to Halton-Wentworth X-Ray and Ultrasound a while back and was told someone would contact me within 7-10 business days and to NOT submit my requisition again or to call them. Well its been over two weeks so last night at around 10 pm I decided to try Hamilton Diagnostic. I got a call this morning around 10:30 am and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to accommodate my requests and booked my appointment! I am already so impressed with this clinic and needed to leave a review for anyone who is looking for a place to get their diagnostic imaging done, this is the place!
Amanda Ruiz: hands down amazing service. two lovely ladies at the front desk. they got me an appointment very quick for next day, accommodated my needs and were very friendly and helpful! service was very quick, comfortable and easy. will definitely be coming back here when needed. office was clean and tidy. 10/10

Jackie Spurgeon: I have recently came to Hamilton and booked an appointment here and went today. This was the most unstressful ultrasound I have ever had. The person that owns the company is a trained Gynecologist. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He took time time to answer my questions - I appreciated that a lot. Great experience for this type of thing. I highly recommend!

I told her I didn't want to see any images of my baby until my partner came in and she immediately pulled the monitor away from me out of view - thank you! Rafi Salmasi: Over all everything went smoothly and my experience with Joan was perfect. She is absolutely one of the best US technicians that I have seen.
Christine Neale: Walk-in was a surprise. I was seen right away.
Jeremy Milligan: Fast and attentive staff - after multiple visits I never had to wait more than 5mins upon arriving for an appointment. There is a waiting room with seating, a TV and easily adjacent paid parking at the rear of the building.

Joel Baxter: Had to get a Baruim swallow done. The nurse and Dr. were absolutely wonderful. As far as tests go, it's easy and I was in and out in a half-hour. My family doctor called me with my results from my xray shortly after.

Jon Church: I had another wonderful experience getting an ultrasound and x-rays here yesterday. Don't believe the negative reviews. This is my go to place for ultrasounds and x-rays. They are hands down the fastest place to get an appt.The front desk was friendly, and I walked right in. The building is clean and the technicians are great with a positive attitude. People need to stop complaining, or they'll end up closing places like this and we're back to waiting at hospitals for weeks on end.

Dee Kay: I had an appointment today for an ultrasound and xrays at the GNMI Nebo Road location, and could not have been more pleased. I went there with considerable trepidation after having read some of the negative reviews, but quite honestly I could find nothing to complain about. I had to travel quite a distance, as this location had the quickest appointment availability, but I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had a very pleasant conversation with Katie at reception. She was professional, yet easy to talk to. The ultrasound and xray technicians were much the same way. Also, the office, change rooms and exam rooms were very clean. Overall, an excellent experience, no complaints at all. 😊
Noel Garber: The technologist was really kind, and this is my new favourite imaging place. I came in for an X-ray series right near the end of the day, because I work a weird schedule, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in even though they were packing up. Highly recommend. :3

Maryellen MacLellan: My surgery turned out perfectly as expected. All of the staff in Doctor Dalcin’s office were amazing as were the hospital staff. Very caring Doctor Who takes her time to answer all your concerns and questions. Would strongly recommend.

Susie DeLaplante: Dr Dalcin did reconstruction & deduction due to breast cancer. Last appt I had with her was 10 yrs ago. Im going back to see her due to breast implant recall letter from hospital. Dr Dalcin is a very caring doctor. I give her more than 5 stars ♥
Jennifer Saliba: Her staff is so lovely and accommodating. I also just had my tissue expanders put in and already i love the way they look and this is not even close to my final surgery. DR. Dalcin is an amazing plastic surgeon, she is helpful and clear on what to expect. After a breast cancer diagnosis and being flat for almost a year now since my mastectomy my confidence is finally coming back. She is the best! Thank you!
