The Plains Rd location in Burlington is only a few minutes from where I live, but they didn’t have what I was looking and I couldn’t find someone to help me… so I trekked out to Hamilton to see this location.This was my first visit, and I couldn’t believe how well organized it was. I could easily find what I was looking for. I came in person because there was pieces I wanted to see from the website to touch and try.It was a busy Saturday afternoon with lots of customers. I was greeted by Mason but I wasn’t quite ready yet for help, he came back again once I was ready and answered all my questions. Sean on a different occasion had also greeted me to make sure I was doing ok and finding everything I came to see. This duo was able to help with matching items to get the looks I wanted.Very pleasant and helpful, they made my choices clear and easy and we’re way more helpful then the people at Structube and JYSK.Thank you Sean and Mason + the team at JYSK Hamilton… I’m looking forward to picking up all the pieces once their in and sourcing from this location for future projects!M&R

Sean asked myself and my family members if we needed assistance. He made great suggestions for shelving in my mothers washroom.Genuine people are hard to find, but Sean was genuine and made our day!. When making suggestions with furniture another sales representative made comments which were helpful. Mason and Sean make a great team. I googled, and Jysk was open at 930am. Doors were open at 930am sharp. I was the first customer there. Sean asked me if there was anything in particular I was looking for. Usually, I would say NO, and just browse. But, I said actually Iam looking for a bed.
