The balloon ride was incredibly smooth, and our driver was top-notch - professional, highly knowledgeable, and patient throughout the journey.We opted for the photo package, which included a fantastic drone video and photos. The photographer was friendly and dedicated, ensuring we got some amazing shots.Our morning ride from Condesa was punctual, and the driver was polite and courteous.Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend Hot Balloon's Mexico for a fantastic balloon ride adventure.

awais asif: A wonderful experience of Hot air balloon ride. It's half an hour drive from Mexico city, at an amazing location, where there the historical PYRAMIDS OF THE SUN AND MOON. You will fly over them with Ana stoniahing scenic way, it's worth to pay for it, nice view for photography, good service, supportive staff, they have their drone cameras to catch the moments though you will have to pay for the photohoot which they did. You can do your own free photoshoot of course. A whole bunch of balloons fly at a time in the morning which is a breathtaking scene. They offer Taquila at the end. The whole experience is darn good. There is arrangement of restaurant if you wanna eat afterwards.

Diana Rodríguez: completely mesmerized from start to finish - but he also went above and beyond by offering a range of additional activities.The face painting was a huge hit with the kids. He had a great selection of designs to choose from, and he was able to create incredibly intricate and detailed artwork that really impressed both the kids and the parents. The balloon props were also fantastic - the magician made everything from swords to bows and arrows that actually shoot!, and the kids had a blast playing with them throughout the day.But perhaps the most impressive addition to the party was the canvas painting session. He led the way and helped the kids paint a beautiful butterfly, and he provided all of the materials and guidance they needed to create truly beautiful works of art while making sure the instructions were so simple, no kid was left behind. It was so heartwarming to see how excited the kids were about this activity, and how proud they were of their finished paintings.Throughout the entire party, Alan Q was professional, courteous, and accommodating. He arrived early to set up, and he made sure to communicate with us throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. He even stayed after the show to answer questions and take pictures with the kids, which was a really nice touch.Overall, I cannot recommend this magician highly enough. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your event truly special, he is definitely the way to go.
