David Harris: Nick did a top to bottom restoration of an older oak podium that we have. Repaired any damage it had, sanded it all down, and stained it a darker colour. Even installed a new bronze plaque on it that we had purchased. Final product looks beautiful. Will definitely be using Nick again for any furniture we have.

Enter Richard Rumi who performed an absolutely flawless restoration, leaving no sign of the break. Now the table looks like new after Richard waxed it to perfection. Carolyn M.: I recently had Howard’s redo a kitchen set as part of a downsize/move. Eden was extremely helpful upfront in advising on options and costs, as well as making referrals for potential upholsterers. Once the work began, we had a little “surprise” regarding the type of wood that was underneath the original solid stain. Not daunted by this, Umar, Eden and the whole team at Howard's was extremely patient and helpful, and we were able to find a “look” that I was happy with. The investment of time and money into revitalizing a special piece of furniture has been well worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howard's for their quality and commitment to customer service.

L Mc: Howards team did an amazing job on a 1920's painted High Boy and standard dresser with veneer tops that were my grandparents. This furniture was shoved away in a garage falling into disrepair. Working with the Howards team I decided to take a chance and see what was under the paint. We started with one drawer to see if there was any quality wood. It looked good so we carried on. These pieces were made of Mahogany, Walnut, Cherry and Beech which is why back in 1920's they painted them. The lighter wood was the legs and the darker the body of the dressers. No they did not come out uniform but they became more contemporary and elevated by using the right stain for each wood bringing it all within the same family of colour with the darkend but lighter woods framing the darker drawers and side panels. These pieces have a new life in a room and are beautiful. My husband couldn't believe it, he was the one who put the furniture in the garage as unusable. I will be bringing Howards more of my furniture for repair and restoration.
Bari Atkinson: Howard’s did an amazing job on a sentimental Queen Anne’s desk. Stored in basement for over 30 years, see not a great picture, and painted a lovely antique green in the 1960’s I was not sure how well it would turn out. Have a look, the amber stain brought out all the beauty of the walnut wood. Already planning to have another refinished table brought back to life.

A reasonable initial quote was provided but once the job was started, it became apparent that more work was required than had at first been thought. When I went in to pick up the table, they explained what other work they had needed to do—and still “stuck to” the original quote! Excellent customer relations, reasonable prices AND top notch quality workmanship—what more can a customer ask? 5 STAR RATING, ALL AROUND!

When I needed more they had already ordered additional sheets in to suit my needs. Clean foam and straight forward honest staff. 👌Some photos attached of what I was able to do with black acoustic foam from them and multiple heavy duty Olfa utility knife blades.

Ted replaced everything but the original springs and it is so comfortable to sit in now. The fabric design is lined up perfectly and the wooden frame was repaired and is solid. They are very busy and the wait is several months, but worth the wait.

Dave Jarvis: I contacted Steve to see if he could fix my custom boat cover for my seadoo Challenger 1800. It had some pretty big tears in it. He got back to me almost immediately and gave me an approximate quote based on the pics I sent that needed to be repaired. He went out of his way to get the right material and colour to repair it. He gave a price and a time to get this done and he finished it within a couple of days and it came in under what he quoted. It’s refreshing to know that not every business is out to gouge you for what they can and he got it finished before the date he provided.If you have upholstery that you need done this is the business. Katie and Will could have put profit over advice, but they chose to suggest that I did not need to have a repair done, if I didn't choose. The dust cover under my leather sofa had disintegrated into dust! Katie and Will told me the function of the cover and that the sofa could do without it. Their response was itemized and thorough.I would definitely recommend this company for quality work.
