I was met by Mira who patiently guided me through the process after I told her what I was looking for. Not only did they have it completed in a few days at my short time line, but the final product was itself like a piece of art and priced very reasonable for the quality. Absolutely stunning work! I would highly recommend anyone wanting professional framing to see these guys, you won't be disappointed.

We decided to proceed and felt much more comfortable once we met him in person when we dropped the prints off.John kept in contact through the process and had the work completed quickly. Gabrielle Beauchamp: I am completely obsessed with Ferris Wheel Press fountain pen ink, and the gilded rabbit has the biggest in person selection I’ve seen in Edmonton, and lovely swatches of each so you can really get a feel for the colours.They also have a great selection of artist supplies, and helpful staff who can get you what you need.Their framing services are a big part of their store, so definitely check them out if you need something framed!They are still masking in the store, but will provide you one if you don’t bring your own.

I gave Sheldon the task of taking a unique X-ray and turning it into art. He did just that. What I had as a simple idea he turned into something so unique it is mind blowing. I took another project in and I swear Sheldon could read my mind. Again he took my idea and elevated it to something extra special. We are so fortunate they have come into our lives. Therese Chevalier: I had a beautiful painting that I bought in Cuba that Sheldon was able to stretch for me. The painter didn't leave much of a border to allow for stretching without losing some of the painting, and other large stores told me I'd lose inches of painted space, but Sheldon did a lovely job of making it work on a thinner custom frame in order to maximize the amount of picture that I got to keep. I am very happy with the service he provided. It's not cheap, but the quality of work was excellent.

Mahmuda Ali: I was delivering an artist friend's painting to an upcoming exhibition in St. Albert when she - from Calgary - realized that it was not wired for the show. Opps! Checked for framers in my neighbourhood, and Jake's Picture Framing came up. It took Jake just a few minutes to wire it and repackage it and he did for free!! Painting safely delivered and ready for hanging. Many thanks Jake! I will definitely come back when I have to frame my pictures.

The turnaround times are very reasonable, the prices are extremely fair for the excellent quality, and Jake adds in his own expertise on suggestions when requested. Erin Young Monette: Picked up a few art supplies. Selection was good. Prices were fair. Staff were helpful. They helped me save 10% because my daughter is a student, which was unprompted. Would return, they seemed to know their stuff and value their customers.I only wish the store was bigger
kwijibo: Walked in with an oversized bottle of liquor , looking to buy something to wrap it in to put in my luggage to fly back home, they got bubble wrap from the backstore and even wrapped it up for me, free of charge. If they do that for non customers it tells you A LOT about how they aim to please. 5 stars aint enough for that level of customer service.

Howard Schultz: I was looking for a framing shop to matte a picture I had and the only prerequisite was that it was on the southside. I called and they said it would take about 15 minutes to do. I took my picture in expecting to look at nothing but framing samples but I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of art and one of a kind merchandise throughout the store. Needless to say, the hour my wife and I spent there was profitable for the owners. The store is filled with items that appeal to many, and the prices are unbelievably reasonable. If you're looking for unique items with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, this is the place. A local store with a small town vibe is priceless in today's world of big city living. A real treat!

I had a painting framed by them that was gifted to me and being experts they advised to not use glass over it as it was an oil painting. I had no clue this was important so was very thankful for their expertise to preserve my beautiful painting! Their location is handy and easily accessible as it is all on one level, no steps to navigate if there are mobility issues. Very helpful and knowledgeable assistance while I was in their business! Also reasonable pricing in comparison to other places. Would recommend them to friends and others looking for a good framing company.

This is the first time I've had anything custom framed, and the staff were very helpful in picking out the best frames and layouts for my posters. All three items turned out great, they all look excellent in the frames chosen and they were all mounted in a tasteful and appealing manner. The work was completed on time, and I'm overall very pleased with the service and experience. I would definitely recommend these guys for any custom framing you need done.
