One of the Hawthorn trees appeared to struggle and did not bloom - the customer service was FANTASTIC. They offered to replace the tree, but as it turned out, this one was just a late bloomer and it sprouted up from the base. Overall, very pleased with the follow up support provided - would highly recommend and will order from them again.

Robert Crozier: getting them planted.Once in the ground in early July, the seedlings quickly showed signs of life from their dormant "little sticks" arrival state. Tree Time checked in with us via email to see if we needed anything. About 2 weeks into their development, with all 15 sprouting leaves and growing in size, our area got nailed with a microburst storm featuring 115 km winds. Truly miraculously all 15 seedlings survived, including 4 that were buried underneath a fallen oak tree. They are very, very resilient! Attached photo is the seedlings at the one month mark.We are entirely impressed with our Tree Time experience in all aspects. They shipped us a quality product along with can't fail instructions, and followed it up with excellent customer service inquiring of our progress. Tree Time really grew on us!!!

Path Seeker: I had two separate orders that I received this year. My first was delivered in May unfortunately not all the trees flourished. After receiving my second order in Late June which all flourished but one.I sent in pictures of the trees showing how some did well and others did not put on any new growth. I have had the absolute worst luck in terms of timing, and I had reserved a tree which then could not be planted due to a month straight of rain when it came time to get my rough grade done. They gave me credit to utilize at a later date, and have been diligent about keeping up with me. The plants are all kept in excellent condition, and the staff are knowledgeable and really do their best to put the consumer first. Despite the fact I'm not a contractor and likely only comprise a minuscule amount of their business, they have treated me extremely well. I have visited on multiple occasions and have yet to have anything short of a good experience.

I compared prices on a few different places and Arrowhead was the best priced. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly, and the lady immediately assisted us to the specific trees we were looking for. We picked our trees and they used their machinery to put them into our vehicle. Weeks later and our trees are alive and thriving. Arrowhead is a family run business and I found them all to be super friendly and they were all very coordinated and organized on who does what and they knew exactly where everything was. Fred Moody: We formed an Arboretum Society in Redwater just over two years ago and with the help of Arrowhead planted 66 trees and 25 shrubs in a strip of barren land beside the CN tracks running through Redwater. Most of the trees are all a different species. Without the help of John and Dawn and their other staff we wouldn't have the fantastic park we do today.

They did a great job and were prompt and efficient and cleaned up everything right away. Price wise they were very comparable or maybe even a little less expensive than the bigger garden centers. Everything is of a good quality. I live in Beaumont, but it was definitely worth the drive.
