Danilo Jr. Ysmael: Very accommodating, we forgot the charger for my wheelchair but this company adapted and found a way to fix my problem with my wheelchair without it. Getting an appointment was very quick, in only the same day we called, they told me to bring it in the next day.

Patti Pelley: I was at MedMobility yesterday with my brother, who is waiting for hip surgery and needed a scooter. I spoke a couple of times on the phone with Steve Sjoberg, about what I was looking for. He booked an appointment, we could not make it, my brother was in too much pain. Steve said not to worry, come in when we could, give him a heads up. When we arrived, Steve was wonderful and showed empathy and compassion for my brother, who has been dealing with chronic pain for over 2 years. It was so uplifting to have Steve deal with our situation, he showed us different options, did not rush us, in fact, we were there almost 2 hours. It is this kind of customer service that sometimes gets overlooked. MedMobility was awesome to us and I would highly recommend them for any home medical equipment. Thank you Steve Sjoberg !!

KD: Fantastic Service Department . Tom is very knowledgeable and understanding of the need's of seniors. Brought my grandmother's wheel chair in for repair just for tires but Tom went above and beyond. He refurbished almost the entire chair and replaced the tires with puncture proof tires. He understood the urgency of having a safe and maintenance free wheel chair and had the repair done in a day. I would highly recommend Med Mobilily based on the service department alone as safety in equipment for our loved ones is critical to their well being.

Michelle Robinson: was so very helpful. They even visited the manor where he is currently residing to help him with his stocking donner and brought a selection of knee braces for him to try. They were out of stock for one of the braces when we visited the store in early July. This service is above and beyond what their competitors offer. At one of the competitor’s location my dad the staff pointed to the section where the knee braces were and just left him on his own to struggle with trying different ones. My dad is almost 88 and this is not respectful nor is it good service for our elders.
Elle Stewart: Came out and repaired our ancient porch lift so it works like the day we got it! They did the job the same afternoon we called and charged us only the minimum. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rio St Germain: We have had our outdoor mechanical lift in place for 6 years. From day 1 in dealing with Eco, Desi, who I only have ever dealt with on the phone, was and is always knowledgeable about everything to do with lifts. And very pleasant to talk to. Today we needed the lift serviced and Aris came to do the job. There were two things that had to be fixed and once he knew what had happened, took the time to give us some hints on how to use the lift, which is very helpful information. I didn’t realize they would have that type of product there, I thought they only dealt in wheelchairs and scooters and such.Maritza helped me choose the type of brace that would work for me and gave me a couple of options to try on.I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were and left the shop with a brace that is comfortable and works for me. Patty Anderson: My dad purchased a scooter from here a year and a half ago. These people are so so friendly, knowledgeable in what they do. They also take lots of time to explain everything so you leave not wondering if you’ve got it right. It’s easy to say… yes… I understand, then get in the car and think…. I don’t have a clue. Anybody who is looking needs to stop in!!! I give a 20 out of 10 !!!!!

I was able to rent a scooter for the day to take my elderly mom shopping at the mall and the freedom she experienced to be able to do that with ease was immeasurable. The customer service was above and beyond. They helped me with everything and were very friendly. I was able to load and unload the scooter and put it together myself after they demonstrated how. Now that I know this is available and the people are so great over there, we will be back again and again. Who knows - maybe after renting a few times we will actually purchase one of our own! Earl Cameron: My daughter purchased a Scout 3 from Amazon in March 2022. We instantly had sensor errors beeping. I called 4 other companies for help, they said No. On April 22nd I contacted Moose & spoke to Lisa who said they could fix this. I went in this Morning at 9am, they immediately went to work on our scooter. Dave the technician did all the troubleshooting & found the complete console, throttles, speed control & wiring harness needed to be replaced. He spent almost an hour on the phone with the supplier to get warranty for parts & in the end all of the parts replacements he got under warranty. If we had purchased from Moose Mobility, parts & labour would be done for free. With this I only paid for labour just over $230.00, otherwise it could have cost over $700.00. As soon as I entered I was greeted warmly and helped by Katherine at the front desk and she was amazing! She explained in detail what I didn’t understand about the billing and everything about the product I was interested in. She made my shopping experience less stressful and very pleasant. Bruce Herbert: I bought a Whill C2 power chair about 6 months ago and recently it developed a rather loud and annoying creak. I called Congdons service department and my chair was picked up the next morning. There wasn’t an easy fix but I was kept completely informed every step of the way. In the end the.chair was replaced under warranty. and delivered to my home. I can’t say enough about the terrific service I received, Having dealt some of their competitors they were far and away the best in town. I would also like to make special mention of Deanna in service. She is the employee every company should have!

Fern Truax: Just came back from a quick and very helpful visit to this location. WOW! I have chronic arthritis, in every joint it seems, but my right ankle is especially swollen, painful & weak. My GP advised, for temporary relief, the use of an ankle brace, particularly since I enjoy walking our puppy. Or used to enjoy it! My husband had found the staff at this location outstanding, so that was our first choice for my search. Found the ankle brace section & a very knowledgeable young lady who happened to be re-stocking in that area. Nima immediately selected a variety of braces forvme to try & assisted me in one of their private patient rooms with them. She strongly recommended the brace I decided to purchase, & I walked out of the store with it on, feeling like I had a new ankle - AND a return to my old life. Can't wait for tomorrow's walk with my little puppy!
