They were able to work with us on a new decor plan with the new location, even though none of us have seen it yet because it is brand new and was still under construction.Secondly, my ceremony location was suppose to be outdoors, but due to unpredictable weather conditions, we decided to change to an indoor venue 3 days before the wedding! They were so accommodating to the very last seconds for us. No words can show our appreciation for all of their hard work and dedication. vivian lee: Recently had my wedding in July 2023. I got a simple fairylight backdrop and it was amazing! Although simple but it looked absolutely beautiful. They were patient and answered all my questions to allow me to make my decision but never pressured me to upgrade. Mamta was easy to communicate with and ensured on wedding day that the backdrop was delivered. They were very flexible. Overall highly recommend! Very reasonable pricing too!

San NN: Our wedding was impacted by Covid and over the 2+ years of rescheduling, replanning and revising the order, M Weddings & Events stood by, honoured their contract with us, and maintained an amazingly patient and flexible attitude from day 1 right to the end of the event. We were also planning this from another province and communication with Mamta was seamless. The one funny thing was Mamta was slightly hesitant at the beginning with what I wanted with an "open mandap" but she went with it and was flexible merging her items and style with the items we added. It wasn't a fun few years for anyone, but the event industry was one that was hard hit. We were fortunate to have our deposits with M Weddings & Events because not once was there a worry on our end that we would lose our deposit. Mamta and her team were incredible to work with and our wedding planner also had nothing but good things to say about working with M Wedding & Events.

Raj Dhami: I chose Exquisite for my wedding because they're so meticulous with the small details that make a big difference.For example, when I spoke with Abe he told me his backdrops are 30ft tall whereas others offered 15ft to 20ft backdrops. That extra length makes it feel as though your decor hands from ceiling to floor. This is important in your photos because you don't see the cutoff of the backdrop. It makes for a beautiful, clean photo for your photography team.Another small, but VERY important detail was the placement of the sparklers. It was in a perfect spot to be noticed but also ensuring everyone's safety. We had heard stories of sparks burning clothing and damaging linen. It was something Abe ensured us wouldn't happen and it didn't.Working with Amal was great. She helped us design our vision for the stage and she even talked us out of extra pieces because it would looked cramped. She saved us some money. The decor accented the colours, but also really highlighted us on stage.The other reason we chose Exquisite is because Abe's contacts in the industry become your contacts. I told him I needed to find someone to rent tents from and he gave me a few people contacts to reach out to.Both Amal and Abe are great at working with you to chat with the vendors you use and help solve problems that naturally come up during a wedding.They aren't just worth the price but also the peace of mind they provide.

When we went in to peruse their fabrics and colours the staff there was very helpful in pointing out the perfect alternative fabric that accommodated our colours. Stephanie Folvik: We used Knotwood for our July 2022 wedding and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. We rented all of our decor - chair covers, linens, centerpieces, ceremony arch, cake stands, head table decor, backdrop, you name it - and they did an amazing job helping come up with everything we needed. Miranda did a mock up of our tables and backdrop so we could actually see what it would look like on the day of and make any tweaks needed. They had a fabulous selection of decor to choose from, and they took care of set up and tear down! It was SO nice not to have to stress about arriving early to set up, and not having to spend the last hours of my wedding cleaning up or press-ganging our family and friends into doing it. I highly recommend this route if you want to be able to actually enjoy your wedding day! Emily Groenenboom: Hiring Olivia for wedding day management was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! As a type A person I initially thought I didn’t need anyone else to help me, however realizing we couldn’t do it all, I decided to hire Olivia as if I was going to trust anyone to execute my vision it was going to be her! We did food trucks for our meal for 160 people and without Olivia I wouldn’t have thought of all the things needed to make it run smoothly. Lauren Simpson: We hired Olivia as our Day of Coordinator but she was SO much more than that.Three weeks prior to our wedding we received a call from Olivia, telling us not to panic but she had heard that our venue had been shut down. Later that day she received confirmation that we no longer had a place to get married. With 150 guests travelling from around the world for our special day, it wasn’t an option for us to change our wedding date. After luckily securing a new venue, Olivia worked with all our vendors to update them on the new location, timeline and whatever else they needed.Olivia and her team took the stress out of our wedding day, allowing us to be present with each other and have more time with our guests. Her team executed the venue set up perfectly and worked with our vendors again to keep the day flowing.All in all, we have nothing but great things to say about Olivia Fata Events. Her attention to detail is like no other and if you’re looking for an event planner or coordinator, you would be making a mistake to not hire Olivia!

When we started planning our wedding in 2021 we didn’t have any thoughts about needing help with day of, or set up, take down etc. However due to our wedding being in a restaurant we couldn’t get access to set up the night before. She went above and beyond at every turn and we were constantly in awe of her style and flawless execution. Jenna has an incredible eye for detail & is always organized! She did a fantastic job of communicating in between all the vendors & creating an extremely detailed day of timeline that worked for everyone! There were times were she seemed too busy and so she wasn't using the most up-to-date email correspondence from us when communicating with vendors. There were also a few times that she said she would do something, and then we had to follow up with her later because it wasn't done. Even though we only had the month of package, Jenna always had time for my emails and questions. She attended our decor consult with Foundry and gave the kind of suggestions only a pro can bring, and it showed on our day! Our wedding was then passed to Alexis for the day of and she was beyond fabulous, no detail was spared. Her keen eye, calm demeanour and cool professionalism shined - even when we ran behind and had a hectic morning she kept me grounded and calm. She directed the reception decor and just nailed it, taking my bin of odds and ends and indecisiveness and creating magic. Hiring a day of planner was a non negotiable for me and was the best decision we made!
