We are a community-based initiative, based in Edmonton, Alberta, founded and run by women, for women. Our goal is to empower young females, including mothers, who are at-risk, in conflict with the youth criminal justice system, or involved with Child and Family Services. We provide support for young females by offering education on positive choices, access to essential services, and support in navigating the complex legal system. We give young women the opportunity to create their own plan that addresses their situation and works towards a stable family life.

Welcoming to everyone with open arms.This is where I was able to feel my sense of community. They actually got concerned when I didn't attend for a few weeks due to car issues. I volunteer there every Friday to give back but i also use it every Friday for fresh fruit and veggies, free to all in need.If you are struggling to find a sense of community or simply struggling to make ends meet, what they provide every week significantly helps me stretch my budget.It's hard to accept help or that one needs help. They don't discriminate, welcoming everyone f

I found the time quite fast, it was very interesting to know how to prepare the surfaces to be painted, the right tools, painting techniques, repair of drywall and brush cleaning. All the staff is very kind, this motivates us to continue learning. Thanks to our Instructor Peter for sharing some of his great experience. Red Purse Reviews: Fortunately haven't had to stay here but attended an open house one summer. Not sure if RMH us doing that again this summer because if all the problems with covid and vaccines. The open house was very eye opening even though we were invited as mere vendors.

Joseph Campbell: I go to taste of edmonton each year for the last 7 years and this year was an impressive come back from the pandemic.It was well organized the local performers were great and the weather was perfect.This is such a great event for all the restaurants and food trucks to be able to showcase there dishes and I appreciate all the work the events edmonton staff does to be able to put on taste of edmonton.

Anita Wright: Disappointed that the Taste of Edmonton 2021 will be held at Sir Winston Churchill Square and not the Legislature Grounds as it has been done so in the past 4 years. The Leg is better and the public taking part of this festival are not continuously pestered by homeless people looking for food. Also parking is better at the Leg. Please think about this for future.
