Still Moon: For me, last October I was at a breaking point - I was going crazy trying to think! I have four kids at home - two under 5, two in online school. So I started checking out co-working spaces. But, I need somewhere that can be a permanent setup. And many of them were very corporate or had a lot of rules/things I had to agree to that seemed odd.Then I found Intelligent Office. I have my own office on the 20th floor, a gorgeous view, kitchen/fridge access, an amazing bike room, and a great food court! Office furniture is provided, internet is solid, and I can close my door and think/get work done!The staff are really professional, so if you need a phone, photocopier, printing, meeting rooms, mailing address and a lot of other things, they easily and professionally handle it all.They really care -- and the whole experience has been way better than I ever imagined. It's going to be hard to leave when my company goes back to the office.

Shar Oakley: Executec provides a great environment to work and meet with clients. Our clients consistently comment on the friendly atmosphere, cleanliness of the office area and ease of access to the Executec offices.We are quite happy with our experience here!
Wendy L. Schneider: business requires; an mailing address, receives mail and courier packages on behalf of our business. There is boardroom that we can rent for a small fee and answering services for when we are away from the office. For a short while we rented office space there and literally just walked in and started work; everything we needed was provided in the all-inclusive monthly rental; desk, wifi, filing cabinet, photocopier, etc. We have been using their services now for almost 5 years and are very pleased with their efficient and friendly manner. We highly recommend Executec Business Ctr!
Kevin Kozmech: I've had my eye on relocating to Executec Business Centre for over a decade now. I have been here 2 years and wish I had moved sooner. I still work a lot from home but having this location to meet with my accounting clients has made my life so much more easier. The location is excellent and very convenient for all my clients and having Sherri there to receive them and handle all their documents and packages has been invaluable for my firm.

I have always found owners and staff to be very professional, accomodating and pleasant to deal with. My clients much prefer coming here than driving downtown, partly because parking is free and plentiful. I highly recommend.

Kevin Herman: Paladin Security Group Ltd rented office space and moved our Paladin Mobile Department to the Executec Business Centre. With our team working predominantly after-hours, we were able to make accommodations for our team to work from this space, and park our entire mobile fleet in the parking lot. It was a great office environment, and the location allowed us to utilize nearby arterial roads so our mobile team could move effectively around the city right from the start of each drivers shift. We departed due to centralizing our business operations to one location, however our experience during the time that we were at Executec was great and we were very happy to be a part of the office while we were there.

Element Chiropractic: I chose Ritchie Mill for my practice because of the absolutely gorgeous architecture. Over the 3+ years that we have been here we have had the privilege of being in a gorgeous original brick office, and then moved up to a larger suite on the third floor that boasts beautiful original wood beams throughout. This is a very unique space and the location and parking are always appreciated by my patients. If you are looking for a unique space to set up shop then definitely come check this place out!
