Krish Mani: I had given my vacuum for repair to another store and they sat on it for three weeks and then said they can't do anything about it and to take it back - that's another review though. I then took my industrial type vacuum to All Make and met the owner Ravi - he was so polite and knowledgeable unlike my previous experience with the owner of Complete Small Engine Parts and Repairs on 156 st and 117 av - who I found were not very "complete" !! They just waste everyone's time !!Anyway within 48 hours I got a call back from Ravi that everything was good to go and he has changed the filters as well. The cost was very reasonable and I really want to complement Ravi for being the efficient and hospitable person he is - kudos to him and I strongly reccommend his services. Even if you are located far from his location the trip to him is worth it.

Lloyd Wiebe: I dropped into see the vendor for the purpose of replacing our 30 year old built-in vacuum cleaner. Each display available unit was reviewed and the pro-cons were discussed for our St. Albert home. A short time later I returned to the store and picked up the vacuum cleaner unit that was pre-paid. On my installation, the unit was installed readily and has for the past several weeks performed much better than the old unit that is now located in our garage.I do recommend visiting the vendor and receive the same review of available vacuum units as I did. The service was professional and the product performance exceeded our expectations. Hence why the high rating since you will not get the same experience with other vendors who do not offer vacuum services plus the parts needed to keep the system operating annually. I'll be back as I have for the past many many years.

Johnnie Guitar: Without any hesitation, we give Vacuum Central a 5 star rating! Petra was able to direct my wife and I to several units on display in the store, telling us the pros and cons of them. Chris, manager and installer, is extremely knowledgeable with his many years in the business, and answered the rest of my questions. Chris and Mike installed our new Cyclo Vac today, and uncovering several installation mistakes made by the previous installer. They also discovered a serious clog caused by that installation that was causing poor suction. Their installation was top quality professional. Vacuum Central has the best prices and the best staff of the businesses we visited. They are interested in making sure you are happy with your purchase and that your home is as clean as it can be. Our Cyclo Vac has the best parts warranty, 25 years, and is made in Canada. Thank you Vacuum Central, we couldn't be happier. Visit them first, you'll be glad you did.

Colleen & Doug Hazzard: Wow a big thank you to Chris and Petra! Our builder missed the rough-in of the central vacuum when they built our new house. So after we moved in they had their electrician look to see if they could install the lines for a central vacuum. We were told that there was no way to do it without damaging the walls. Chris and Petra came out to our house and Chris took a look and told us he could do it without any damage!! We now have a wonderful new central vacuum! I forgot the lady's name who helped me out at the store but she was wonderful. She really knew all of her products inside out and didnt seem to mind at all to help me out and took her time to explain things to me properly. RHONDA MASTROPRIMIANO: During the construction of our new home four years ago, we met with Mike from Vacu-Flo. He introduced Hide-a-Hose and quoted our needs for our large home.Within a month of our move-in, we had to contact Mike to check on the system as we were having issues with retracting the hose, suction and leaky valves.Mike was able to put a ``band-aid`` fix by replacing the hoses and fixing a number of the seals in the Hide-a-Hose valves.Unfortunately, that did not last. Finally, after four years and several trips by Mike, he had a solution.He informed us of a new product called ``Chameleon`` made by Vacu-Flo which should address all of our Hide-a-Hose issues.We are now looking forward to a worry-and-stress-free experience with our newly-installed ``Chameleon`` system.Thank you to Mike and Sebastien from Vacu-Flo for their continued patience, support and professionalism. I highly recommend Vacu-Flo as a company with integrity and excellent service.

Dori Dubetz: We completely love Aerus Electrolux. Their products are excellent quality and are backed with a very comprehensive warranty. Donald is simply amazing. We contacted him to look at some vacuums because we had purchased a Miele Pet vacuum a year and 2 days prior and the motor blew on it and we don't even have pets. We bought it thinking that it was a good brand but they wouldn't even help us out 2 days after the year warranty. We honestly thought that we would save some money and buy the cheaper vacuum instead of replacing our older Electrolux. We will never make that mistake again. You get what you pay for stands true to the letter here. Donald came by with several models to show us within 45 minutes of us calling and walked us through each model demonstrating each one. He matched us up with exactly what we needed. Super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Lesson learned, we will never stray from this kind of quality ever again. Thanks Donald, you are amazing. We highly recommend anyone looking for a quality vacuum that will last a very, very, very long time and backed with top notch service throughout and beyond your ownership get into an Aerus Electrolux. They do service calls regularly and make owning their products super easy!

Christina Antulov: Everyone at Aerus was incredibly helpful and knowlegable! I went to two other places that were unable to help me. Luckily one of them pointed me in the direction of Aerus. With one quick call to Angela she had the right part picked out and they do FREE DELIVERY! What a life saver for a mom on the go. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentlemen who brought me the part but he was very frendly and wanted to ensure the part was right for my vacuum and everything worked before he left. Great service and they know what they are doing! I would highly recommend.

Zachary Grant: I purchased my Electrolux from them back in 2009 and it has been the best machine I have ever owned. I recently took in in for service and Angie was very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They always have what I need in stock and are even willing to do FREE house calls.When our central vac was having issues they sent out a technician and they removed they system, repaired the machine and delivered it back and re-installed the machine for no extra charge.I would highly recommend this company and they even do repairs on non-electrolux products. 10/10
