Jamie Mulligan: The staff here was the best I've ever seen at any doctor or medical place ever. So kind and funny and professional. Both triage nurses were so nice and I listened to PJ talk to each person as if she knew everyone, making everyone laugh, very kind, handing out stickers and just being pleasant.The doctor was fast and nice and just had an excellent persona. The lady that put me in the room offered me water, a blanket and reassurances.The waiting room chairs were comfy and the bathroom was clean and the lobby was easy to find.Very good experience here. I appreciate all the staff so much, being sick is stressful enough. They really made a difference.Thank you guys for your service.
Tina Eedens: Went here for a broken arm. There was 11 people ahead of me to be registered and several other waiting to be seen. Was impressed with the efficiency and smooth flow. In total I was there for 3 hours tops with xrays and cast.
Alan Peirson: Went there with what I thought was a badly bruised hip and sprain ,didn’t have to wait very long,X-rays showed a fractured hip in 2 places,doctors & staff were excellent,they arranged a transfer to a different hospital where I had hip replacement surgery the next day,
Sabrina Huot: . Once put into the room I was assessed by a very kind nurse. The doctor came to see me shortly after the nurse assessed me and order a few tests. I had all of my tests done within 30 minutes, the longest part was waiting for the tests to be reviewed and for the doctor to have time to see me to go over the results. All said and done I was at the clinic for around 3.5 hours, which I think is fantastic considering that's how long I likely would have waited at an Emergency room before I would even get to see a doctor.Very grateful for this clinic and will definitely go back should I ever need to.My best advice would be to call 811 before you go to this clinic or to Emergency to make sure your symptoms require urgent care, otherwise, you may be waiting quite a long time.
Tee Na: The best Health Centre. I got all my testing done and all the staff were extremely nice to deal with. I definitely will be back here. Extremely great parking as well.
Iris Albrecht: The amount of treatment I received for my medical issue was amazing. I had to come a couple of times for follow up medical treatment. No one was rude, short tempered, emotional, no rolling of the eyes. And listening and discussing. This is the way a critical care clinic should operate and treat patients.

He's very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you can understand and he takes your concerns seriously.I have had minor issues with reception, but considering how much stress the health care system is under, I can excuse it all, especially after how kind they've been to me when they really didn't have to be. Even when the wait is long, I will still go to this clinic because they treat me like a human. I am so glad I started coming here, because I finally feel like my health is under my control amd it's thanks to Dr. Zayed and his staff.

Chris B: Sitting in the waiting room now, on a Saturday afternoon - this is a good place to come if you're not sure you need to go to an emergency room or not. HealthLink nurse said be abundantly cautious, and i got the same advice here so I'm just sitting and waiting to see that happens.Triage was fast, the waiting room was good. I'm not sure what else can be expected considering the state of healthcare. Thank you NCHC staff, you're all awesome.

ava: i had a positive experience at the ER here. sure you have to wait but thats expected at the ER. i was treated by the nicest nurses and doctors and went through testing to find out i had a ruptured ovarian cyst. i want to thank them for their kindness after seeing them treated poorly by other patients in the waiting area. healthcare workers deserve respect

The emergency should not be used for non-emergency medical issues. 2023 Parking is being changed to a pay to park lot, so there will be very few stalls until the change over is complete.

They were full for the day when I got there, but when I explained the situation, the doctor agreed to write me a new prescription right then and there. 15 minutes later I had my meds and was on my way, which totally made my day! The doctor, receptionist and pharmacy staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The clinic is also very nice, clean, and bright inside. Best walk in experience I have ever had lol.

Dr. E. is so thorough, takes time to assess his patients and offered appropriate diagnostic tests to rule out possible causes of our medical concerns. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Sijerion: I’m living in the west of the city and always drive here for 15-20 min. I wish every walk-in clinic could be like that, professional and quick. Don’t have to wait for hours to get to the room where I’ll be sitting for another hour to see a doctor. Here, I literally never been more that 20 min, came in, saw doctor, talk to him, got necessary help, prescription if needed, and medication. Very quick and professional.

I never felt rushed out the door, and what I appreciate the most he communicates very clearly so when you leave you have no unanswered questions or feeling confused about the next steps. Michael Nicholls: Dr Dhanoa has been my physician for several years. He has patiently made me to start taking my health seriously. He tells you as it is . I rely on his medical knowledge and direction on treating my ailments.

When my doctor retired, I was eventually taken over as a patient of Dr. Dhanoa's after a couple in between from her to him, I've rarely felt like a person in a doctor's office - I get that they are busy and want to see lots of people but he honestly takes the time to discuss and diagnose anything I've seen him for. He recently along with his admin team went above and beyond to get me a prescription where I could not come into the office due to being Covid positive and turned a very stressful day into a smooth one. Thank you to Westmount Medical!
Sophia Barry: As one does, I ignored pain for a good amount of time before seeking medical attention. Having called 811 and being advised to seek a medical doctor within the next four hours, I was already feeling anxious about going to the clinic. Plus, I usually go to another clinic a little closer to home, but as fortune would have it, they were closed. Westmount was the next closest location. I was prepared to wait a long time due to being a walk in, but got in and out including perscriptions within 40 minutes. The nurses at the front were wonderful, patient, and kind, ALL while training a new staff, calming people down, and dealing with less than kind language from some other walk ins. Dr. Augustin was extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you for my experience this week.

Marie Martin: I had such an amazing experience at this clinic. I haven’t been to another clinic like it before. The nurse Alysha was so patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She really made me feel comfortable, really went above and beyond.
