He definitely knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone needing paint.As a woman, I occasionally feel patronized when dealing with automotive matters. However, Rick at NAPA Auto Parts provided excellent customer service and was respectful and professional. I purchased a locking gas cap for my new vehicle and the price is unbeatable here! I also asked for advice regarding my spare tire in the bed of my truck, and received a professional answer. I have been a customer of Part Source previously, and have shopped there pretty much based on location NOT excellence in customer service or good prices, but I will now be a loyal and repeat customer to this NAPA store! Krystah: Really happy with the service here. I purchased a cabin air filter and was having issues with getting my glove box latched after replacing it. One of the employees was walking by and asked if I needed assistance and spent a couple minutes making sure it was right. Then he told me “now you can have a nice day!” I sure did, he went above and beyond to make sure of it. I really did appreciate it, a small act of kindness can go a long way.

He was quite rude, and sharp I felt his attitude was very belittling. I then told Leo that I was about to leave at the way I felt I was being treated. Leo immediately took over. He was so professional tried everything to make me happy. Ryan was my installer and he was amazing as well, they understood everything I wanted and when I left there, I decided that I would most certainly return for any things my truck needs in the future. Amazing job Leo, and Ryan you two rock!!

Blerg Blergus: Napa being open on Sundays saved me today. I need my car for a road trip next Friday but last Friday my brake wear indicator started scraping. Sunday is the only convenient day I could work on my car and napa happened to have drilled rotors and pads for my car which pretty much no other stores have in stock.I've only been to napa stores a few times but the service has always been great.

Dana LaBoucane: Great all around service! I’ve been to Eskimo twice for my previous vehicle! At one point a rear door needed replacing due to rust, within a week I had a new door colour matched, installed and ready to go! The other time I needed the engine replaced, the customer service was great! They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted/needed for a price I could afford! Again the job was completed in a timely manner and no issues to follow! Will go back if another issue occurs with a future vehicle!

Avery Flath: Awesome place, I had my engine swapped on my ford f150 which is a 5.4 triton motor these motors are pretty hard to find, but these guys found one no problem and even one with pretty low mileage and had it put in within 2 weeks for the same price as another place had quoted me for a motor with 300k already on it, Noah is a very knowledgeable salesman and went out of his way to make sure my truck is all that it could be and more.
