Garry Graves: I flew to Edmonton from Victoria to specifically go to Alberta Truck and Auto Liquidators and my experience with them was absolutely wonderful! Cheryl and Sean were really accommodating andhelpful . While I was there my reading glasses broke and Cheryl fixed them with tape. She then found a pair of her own in her purse and gave them to me! Wow, what a nice gesture!!They were very open and honest about all of the car purchase and insurance details to get the vehicle onto the road back home legally. Sean was also very helpful with the extended warranty that I purchased. The vehicle ran like a champ all the way to Victoria, BC.Sean even warned me that the police would likely stop me for not having a license plate on the vehicle and I was stopped just past Valemont , BC. She was quick efficient and friendly throughout the process. The vehicle we looked at in their lot was in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned. Any issues were mentioned before hand.As for Sean he helped facilitate the financing process. The vehicle was a rebuilt so some financing company's were not interested however Sean worked hard and quickly to find one that did. He was always 100% upfront and honest about the process, fees, and everything in between so there was never any surprises.The only delays that came up was from finance company itself and he always relayed everything right back to me. Sean made sure that even though the car would not be ready at the scheduled time of 1pm that day, he got us a loaner car to fill the gap since the car we had was being returned before the purchased car would be ready. My experience has shown me that the people that work here truly cares about the customer beyond just making the sale.Overall just a pleasure to deal with and would 100% buy from them again and would refer anyone to check them out first. The prices are fair, the staff is knowledgeable and will work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

10023086 Manitoba LTD: Took our truck into first truck center with emissions problems. Right off the bat told us they'll be able to bring our truck in but weren't sure if it would be the Saturday or Sunday. Our truck went in and problem got fixed with no issues. Want to say a big thank you to the service department and the tech that worked on our truck for the quick service and quick repairs. I highly recommend this shop for repairs for the ones that have freightliner trucks. Again a big thank you to all involved to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. Jeff: I bought a F-750 service truck from Kevin and he was easy to deal with and a man of his word. When buying i had alot of things going on trying to set up for the new job. I trusted his word on their "not an as is dealer." When i had some issues i treated him and the staff with respect and gave them a list. They worked with me on my schedule and never left me high and dry. I had them do extra work i wanted done and they had reasonable pricing and times on. They came to the table on alot of things and i was glad to give them my extra business on whole new set of tires and many additions. They most importantly never had to ask me to miss work because of a delay. They met time lines and short notice. They worked with very difficult suppliers and im still in business without missing a day of work.Although im a mechanic, im a dad and husband on my days off and this is my edmonton garage. Daniel Bertoli: These guys are top notch. They hooked us up with a new set of front tires, and an alignment for our big Hino 185. We got a killer deal, and had minimal down time. We then blew a tire on the henday, were able to make it to them, and they had us fixed up in less than 30 minutes, again for a killer deal. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a fleet of large vehicles!!
