Echo Cycle: what do users think?

Andrew Anderson: Friendly and Helpful staff that will take the time to talk with you and not make you feel rushed or pressured

Karen K.: Excellent service - super friendly… definitely use them again

Don Redenbach: Echo Cycle installed and balanced new motorcycle tires for me. Reasonable prices. No concerns at all. Thanks a million Dave.

Lance Roberts: Friendly, helpful and got what I needed.

Jesse Carter: Had a pretty good, straight forward experience with Dave and his group, you can tell he has a passion for motorcycles and is willing to discuss whatever questions you have!

Robert Powers: Diagnosed and fixed my poorly running Arctic Cat snowmobile as per the estimate provided. Good quality work, fair prices, with no surprises when we settled the invoice.

Robert Gill: Bought a pre-owned bike and dealt with Dave. He was great to work with, happy with how it all went, smooth as silk

Tosin Oyesakin: Ok

D McArthur: Echo Cycle took the headache and worry about selling my bike on sites like kijiji. No worry of strangers showing up at home asking to test ride and possibly dropping the bike, no worry of scammers and lowball offers, no worry transfering ownership or payment issues.i simply brought the bike to Echo Cycle. They were very professional and helpful. We agreed on a fair selling price and they did all the work selling it.Their commission was very fair and they sold the bike for likely more than I would have gotten after hagglers and grief. All I did was pick up a nice cheque when it sold :

Caroline Mcduff: Super service

Timbob vanBruggen: Excellent professional service.I cant say enough good things about echo cycle.

Dennis Gane: . Their current business model: consignment bikes in good condition

Curtis: It is and will always be the best motorcycle dealership plus service I've ever dealt with in over thirty years of riding. You get to deal with owners, not just service personnel and they all have an added interest in making sure you leave as happy as you walked in. To even happier when you leave. They have changed a fair bit but are still being run by the owner. Dave has had to change the way Echo Cycle works but you still get all the support you need when you go in. They are doing service and parts still and you can order whatever you need he will be able to get.The store itself has gear too for men and women.Dave is doing consignments and is doing well and bringing in some amazing bikes. Each bike must go through Echos rigorous testing and if anything is wrong it will be fixed before it hits the floor. They are the only motorcycle consignment shop in Edmonton that I know off and have looked at that offers to finance for personal bikes. Bring your bike in to have it sold or go pick one out. With some of the prices it gives you a chance to hop on a 600cc Supersport and if you don't enjoy it after a few months bring it back to have it sold while you go out on your One Liter Super Sport Bike. Dave does not mess around with the truth. He will tell you all the facts about the bike if the parts are expensive and hard to get or if this other bike would be better based on price power and how she rides. I have learned to listen to him after thirty years of dealing with Echo and riding many different bikes from Sport to Cruisers, then back to SuperSport. AS I am now riding a Kawasaki Ninja ZX10rr, and loving it because these bikes are tanks. I have had Dave put a Power Commander and change my sprockets and other things that I don't want all to know now as it has changed and is faster. LolGive it a go and see what you think. He will help you and he will earn your future endeavors with ridding and many other power sports.I hope this update finds you all and helps you out for all your future power sports buys. And look forward to seeing you all out there on the streets. Thanks for reading. And be safe all.

Craig Vaughan: to check them out. Thanks for the help Dave! You Rock

Jonathan LordAlmighty: Consignment:I put my bike on kijiji and Facebook market place. Not knocking those platforms but ...man I was sick and tired of low ballers, no shows and calls at 1100 at night asking me questions. Too many headachs! The Consignment process at Echo was simple and straightforward. Dave is a very straight shooter and is more than willing to work with you. I was initially concerned with the concept of consignment but a 5 min conversation was all it took to gain my confidence. They do an inspection on the bike and take care of the advertising. As an extra, I've seen the shop and talked to the mechanics and won't hesitate bringing my bike in to be worked on. This place is a Gem!! Thanks Dave and the team for your time and efforts.

MrBudokai1: The man the myth the legend that is John . I bet he’s blushing however he does know his stuff . Almost mystical in his interpretation of ‘I need the thingy that goes in the end of the stud thing that holds the brake lever in. ‘ “oh you need part number 67-1234 we have one in Stock hold the line a second” true story btw.He is very good, parts are as ordered and if for some reason there is an issue he accepts returns and refunds or applies the credit . Well worth the phone call for parts T140v is my weakness and he has the solutions or he has so far . Big shout out from Winnipeg and thanks again for feeding the addiction that is Triumph.

Argyll Motorsports: what do users think?

Rob Mitchell: Exceeded my expectations! I just showed up for a rear tire install and balance, off the bike, and sheepishly asked if they could do it today?....like now?....I was yes! Driving away 45 minutes later with tire on rim. I live out of town, so Double Awesome!

Freddie de Beer: Excellent service from Marco, Shannon, Kim and Richard! Bought a kids ATV and their shop is awesome, packed with power toys, all sorts! Great business!

Pulkit Dua: Excellent and exceptional customer service, extremely professional and knowledgeable service staff. I truly want to thank you Dan the service manager for taking my bike in on short/no notice and resolving all the issues with so it was safe to ride back on highway. You are truly an example of exceptional customer service!!!!

S H: Good staff with a knowledges and appreciate the helps everytime I came into store.

Jason N: This place is awesome and has the best staff! Went in to buy a helmet only to find out it’s not available in Canada. Taylor went out of her way to locate me one and provide the website that I could get it shipped from. Had a part fail on my bike at the busiest time of the year. On short notice Jordan and the guys in the service department were able to get me in before the promise date!! First class service!! Can’t say enough about this place!!

Mathew Sharwood: Best Triumph dealer around.Friendly service, huge array of accessories and merch. The staff were able to assist me quickly. And they have plenty of stock on the floor.

Dmitry Baranov: This is the place.! Whatever you need related to bikes, they have it: bikes, parts, add-ons, wear, mechanics, and free honest advice. Prices are comparable to other shops and online stores. They have a huge selection as well. Even things that I thought would be a niche market and therefore only available online - they have it.

Robert Gill: Always great, friendly service from the parts department

Ian Wong: I contacted the store a couple days ago and requested for a email of what the store had available for gear. Was very specific so it was easy for the rep. Nothing was sent to me, so I called again today and spoke to a rep named Grayson. He was extremely fast and sent me a email with what he had available in minutes. I went to his store and purchased full gear in matter of minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about Grayson and the staff at Argyll. The lady in the front was super friendly too and helped me with my tags on my new jacket lol. Would highly recommend anyone I know to this store. Thanks.

Andrew Anderson: Great place to shop and browse . Huge selection of new and used bikes

Doug: Bought my Stryker boat and Yamaha engine here this spring. Richard in sales was great deal with, straight forward and attentive. They took the time to walk me through my new purchase and ensure i was comfortable with the operation of it all. The whole process here was so easy.

Marco Canadian channel: Great selection of new and used motorcycles, price is competitive, and I look forward to buy a motorcycle here in the future

Alberta Cycle Motorsports: what do users think?

Dylan Salahub: Came here after I was getting taken for a ride by another dealership trying to charge me a outrageous amount for freight and pdiAiden and Brett were super nice and were straight shooters with me. No hidden fees or trying to make me buy something I don’t want, I highly suggest Alberta cycle and the team here !!Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had from a dealership!!Keep up the good work !

Graham Tanner: Have been dealing with them for years, for motorcycle Tires and accessories. They have great pricing, if not the best pricing in town. They match most online pricing from Canadian sites, their price is usually less regardless. Orders are processed as promised and the big thing is communication, they actually call you to advise parts are in. If only the other dealers in town had phones that worked and knew how to use answering machines.

Eric Moore: I'm a new Motorcycle owner and with that in mind I was looking for a shop that could get me on a Bike that would not only suit my cosmetic wants but allow me the opportunity to learn to ride properly. SO I wandered into Alberta Cycle and saw the Royal Enfield lineup in the showroom. I was approached by Aiden who was patient as I asked far too many questions about the various models.I settled on the Scram 411 which I was intially psyched to get... however after careful consideration I messaged Aiden and changed my mind to the Meteor and I'm so glad I did!Aiden's service was exceptional and after a brief issue with the finalization of the purchase he jumped on the problem and got everything sorted out immediately...I will be an Alberta Cycle customer and a Royal Enfield Rider. ASK for Aiden he's great at what he does and will help you get on the bike that's right for you!

Nevin James: Picked up a new tire for my motorcycle, gave a good deal with a price match. And Saturday the service was Fcfs. So was in and out for tire replacement as well.

Feroze A: Got an oil change and general inspection done of my Boulevard M109R.

Keir Wright: Kilometres add up quickly… Especially for the brand new bike you’re breaking in. The dealership I bought my bike from in Calgary, couldn’t get me in until Aug 12. Solution? Alberta Cycle!! My first service to my bike, only took about 4 hours, and was well worth the 342 kms I had to travel. They are definitely the angels who have my back!! Sales staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Service desk was top class, and the service mechanic, and I’m sure they all are top notch. No issues riding home.

Jeffrey Atvars: When you need a little help, Alberta Cycle was there Saturday morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Met Joel a technician and was very helpful. A very warm fuzzy feeling all around. I will be back for sure. Thank you Alberta Cycle.

Jonah Gardner: DEALT WITH BRETT, WAS MY FIRST BIKE PURCHASE. WENT HOME WITH THE APRILIA RS 660. DID A GREAT JOB WITH RELAYING INFO, AND UPDATES ON THE PURCHASE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND SEEING HIM IF YOURE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW BIKE!!

Barnes Harley-Davidson South Edmonton: what do users think?

Bryan Chase: Trailered my bike in from Hinton as I was unloading an employee pulled in and immediately offered a hand which was greatly appreciated and helpful at 8:40 ,my appointment was scheduled for 9 am and was told i would be back on the hwy by noon and I was ...thanks for the great service

Shredee 78: Patience, attentive , thorough knowledgeable, friendly, very enthusiastic. Was a great experience

Jd Lightfoot: Great service, very easy to deal with

Jason Forseille: The staff was outstanding in every department on every level. Highly recommended

janice jesso: Never have we felt so appreciated at a store upon arrival, and the few times after til we got the bike. Jeremy has to be the most stand up guy I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. He was like family, all the staff were like family, 1 bad apple, but that’s to be expected.. Jeremy tho, wow, blows my mind how over the top he went, more than once. This man should be the sales manager, not Matt Z. Almost cancelled the order because of Matt Z; Jeremy took care of it, had the bike ordered to arrive since it wasn’t even coming. Kept in touchAnd let us know what was up with the shipment and the bikes arrival. Ofcs he let us know when to pick up and it was mint and set with a bell!! Igo see Jeremy and say hi, hi to all the gang. Glad we didn’t cancel after all..

Paul Wilson: Had a very pleasant experience especially with savannah I think that is how you spell her name the young lady who looks after clothing. Matt ,Jeremy were very good as well would recommend Barnes Harley Davison to anyone who would like to purchase a motorcycle very professional people 👍

B-Line: Shug in parts was so helpful and a real treat to talk to. Very knowledgeable man and we talked for quite some time about the parts I was calling about. Highly reccomend him for anything you may need!

arwin san pedro: Joey Chartier is highly recommended, very nice guy. He won’t rush you to pick a perfect bike that suits for you.

Ryan Quinn: Berat and all the staff at Barnes South Edmonton were excellent. Made it a really great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. Love my new street bob.

Michael Kirkby: Great job to everyone and i will continue my shopping. Barnes Harley -Davidson South has everything I need

Josh Wilson: Had a great experience picking up my first Harley here today. All the staff was great, very informative, and went above and beyond.

Robert Letkeman-Prouse: Just purchased my Road King from Barnes. I have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and Marsha that made the entire process seamless and headache free. If you're looking at buying a new or used Harley be sure to check our Barnes HD Edmonton.

John Storch: I only went to sit on a few bikes and get a feel for what I liked. Not knowing much and being new to bikes all together, I got a great down to earth experience from Jeremy and the rest of the team, and a few surprises along the way. No pressure to make a decision on a sale if it didn't suit me after leaving. After seeing the used inventory there was a deal that was too good not to pass up. That coupled with the incredible dealership experience and packages thrown in as if I was buying one fresh off the showroom floor. One of my friends may have walked out with something they didn't plan on taking either. Thanks again for the awesome introduction to owning a Harley Davidson motorcycle!! You gotta see it for yourself and photos to follow!

Warren Painchaud: I had a great buying experience right from when I first walked through the front door a few years back till I finally purchased my motorcycle last week. I was always welcome to come in to browse inventory and have questions answered and there was never any pressure to actually make a purchase. It made me feel comfortable enough to come back and eventually purchase. The staff was very friendly and helped every step of the way finding the bike, talking upgrades with parts and getting service information from the service department. I have dealt with many of the salespeople at Barnes over the years but I ended up getting Joey to assist me when it came time to purchase. It was a great experience purchasing a motorcycle from Barnes HD. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Harley to go down to Barnes and talk to Joey

Mike Smith: I had the pleasure of picking up motorcycle that my brother had purchased. The enthusiasm of the staff here was fantastic... maybe fantastic is an understatement... pure awesomesauce. Everyone was very friendly and Joey was very thorough with explaining everything around the bike to me. Even though I wasn't the one who purchased it and was just picking it up to deliver I was treated as if I had. Great experience!

Cycle Works Edmonton: what do users think?

Zack James: when I thought the bike had no oil but it was absolutely fine. It wasn’t even a week later and my brother laid my bike down and I had to give it back to them again for repairs. They got it done as quick as possible and were great to me. It still has a couple minor things that are still on order but they were nice enough to give her back to me now that it’s rideable until they receive the remaining parts. I’ve completely fallen in love with my bike and the techs work hard. The sales person Barry was also excellent. I gotta admit I was a bit of a difficult customer going through all the little things I learned and they handled it well and with professionalism. I’d like to thank the whole team at Cycle works and extend my apology to the tech that did not deserve my attitude that day. Thanks guys and I appreciate your attentiveness to detail and the care and support you provide for all us customers. It has been an experience and I would t trade it for anything.

Shane Demchuk: Had the parts and put a side for me to pick up!Quick and professional service

brandon lozinsky: I was trying to get a 2024 rzr xp lined up before an annual trip for my dad here in Saskatchewan and none of the dealers seemed motivated to help us out. So I had a friend recommend this dealer and to talk with Barry Soucy. Barry definitely went above our expectations! Highly recommend this dealer and dealing with Barry. It’s nice to see that good customer service still exists! Definitely worth the drive for us from Saskatchewan. Definitely will be back. Awesome to deal with, hands down!

Doug Kusyk: Jay Padilla and Kenedy. What awesome people to meet and work with. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful aswell.

Nevin K: Bought a new pursuit from cycle works. Jay delivered on time and was great to deal with! I would definitely buy from him again!

Gunner: I bought my 2011 Victory Vegas 8-Ball Cruiser motorcycle with 1737 cc engine in April 2022 and booked it in with Cycle Works a month later. They completely brought it up to speed, pun intended, with an oil change, new clutch cable, new rear tire and master brake cylinder as well as a bit of an overhaul to make sure everything was tip top. I followed this up with another oil change and check up this spring. As a result I've been riding a lot ever since, and carefree with no issues. Everyone I've dealt with is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Keegan Leiterman: Great place to buy bikes and gear from. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Have bought multiple bikes with professional recommendation from Andrew. I will continue buying bikes from this dealership.

justin kawecki: Great group of people all round from service to sales to parts. Highly recommend them

Dustin Landon: Another excellent experience at the parts counter. Thanks Jared.

Mike Punko: Jay from Indian has been the greatest. Helped my get my ride quickly. Also got me into the shop when i had an issue. Set me up with a great mechanic and got me back on the road.

Kyle ranger: We couldn't work out a deal. However Barry was great to deal with.

Shawna Weiss: . He’s an amazing dealer and was very helpful and patient with me while I was deciding what to buy. I will never buy from anyone else. The whole staff at cycle works is awesome to work with and you’ll always be made to feel welcomed when you step into this store.Thinking of buying a motorcycle? See Jay Padilla. You won’t regret it.

Wes B: Friendly staff, beautiful bikes.

Ben Hendrickson: Purchased my first Indian from Jay, what an awesome experience.Jay answered all my questions and made me feel party of the team.I got my fist service done and wow, again Jay and Cycle Works knocked it out of the park!!Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!Stay safe and ride with fun

International Cycle Ltd: what do users think?

Howard Barstead: Excellent collection of some amazing bikes... Even some "British Steel"

Garry: Great place Very knowledgeable

Richard Vanderwell: Bernie, the owner of International Cycle, it the kind of knowledgeable person you really need if you own a vintage motorcycle, of bicycle. He has helped me many times when I have needed parts for my British Matchless bike, vintage 1951. He will often have the parts and advice you need to keep these old bikes on the road. Highly recommended!

Krystal McCoy: Wow!!!! What a great little place. I have an old 1984 Kawasaki KDX80. It's hard to find genuine parts, especially locally. I managed to grab the last set on hand of piston rings, a bearing and a pin-piston for my bike! They only take cash and have a bunch of old school project bikes here. This cute older couple is only here a few hours a day, so definately call ahead. If you're looking for old bike parts, this is a great place to start.
