On my first visit, I had some issues finding the right building and floor. I called for help and I am so grateful for Dyan helping me find the office/clinic room and seeing me, even though I made myself embarrassingly late.She was super friendly and helped me figure out which vaccines I needed, already had, and don't need. Even though the clinic doesn't offer any serology tests, she was also able to point me in the right direction on how I could get them done for my program requirements. She was very helpful and fun to talk to - Passport Health is lucky to have an RN like Dyan.''

Lost a star because it would be helpful if they had better signage in the building as it is a small office in the Tawa Centre. Their booking system is also very poor. When I called it went to a call centre in Chicago. The agent did not really know what she was doing. It took me 30 mins talking with her to book two appointments for a TB skin test. If they could train their agents better or make their online bookings more user friendly I would give 5 stars.

Cree Nomad: This place is absolutely FANTASTIC. I went in the same day that I was flying out for 3 vaccinations and the pharmicist was not only COURTEOUS and NICE, he was HONEST. He got me exactly what I needed and explained the pros and cons of each, and even recommended things that I never considered but when I got to my travel location, found out that I needed. He made me coffee and let me charge my phone and was FAST with the prescriptions and vaccinations. Super quick and to the point and I was out of there in 50 minutes. As compared to another place where I was in there for 3 hours for only 2 vaccinations. Not only did I make my flight with time to spare, but he made sure that I got what I needed and I had the information for what he was giving for me. I would reccommend no other place in Edmonton than YEG vaccination. You will get no better service, I promise you!To the owner: Thank you so much for the kindness you showed me, even though I was stressed out and in a hurry. Many blessings to your business!

The first visit itself convinced me that this place is going to be my preferred pharmacy. The personal care and compassion by Dr Hoda is awesome. During Covid she extended her services beyond normal and was too caring in administering the vaccine. What’s needle pain? It was just a butterfly sting with her caring hands. This pharmacy is going to be my only choice for medication and vaccines, as long as Dr Hoda is there…..
