Taylor Scott: Just recently picked up a 2023 Tundra TRD Pro that I had ordered a year ago. What a great purchasing experience, Barbara and the Toyota NW Edmonton team made it very enjoyable. They were always checking in providing updates on the status of my order over the many months. Come pick up day having travelled from Fort McMurray they made sure not to keep me waiting, the vehicle was ready to go prior to my arrival and they were very quick to have all finialized accesories added on while we were there. I am extremely please and happy with this buying experience and i would 10/10 recomend Toyota NW and Barbara to anyone for a future purchase!!
Lisa White: I am overall very happy with my experience. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The finance team was extremely friendly. I love my new Toyota and found the team at Northwest wonderful to work with.There is a bit of time spent sitting and waiting on finance to finalize details, it would be nice to have a small coffee station set up in that area upstairs. There is a cafe hidden away in the back corner but something complementary upstairs set up for people making purchases would be a nice touch and certainly add to the experience.

What a great dealership as all the departments walked as through the process from warranties to services without putting pressure to purchase. They just informed to make an informed decision that suits us.After 7 new vehicles I found a dealership and a sales person that I will call home!Dealing with Vivek AGNIHOTRI ,We traded in our 2021 Rav 4 Limited with very low mileage for a fair trade value.We are buying a new Rav Limited that has to be ordered but the process has been a no pressure approach, and I must say a fair price for the unit. I will update once we are driving the new unit.Definitely a great dealership that has a great approach on no pressure approach. Thank you Vi good job. Keep it going!

The procedure was quite simple, and I even received the automobile much sooner than anticipated. He secured me up with this car which you see in the photo, and it’s everything I ever wanted and more. This car was ordered prior and was cancelled by another individual and when it became available he let me know right away! Once the car landed he really prioritized me and simplified anything that was confusing regarding the logistics. He made the procedure quite pleasurable, and it could not have been more seamless.
