Anjana Wijesekera: The shop is at the entrance of Bonnie Doon Mall which is a bit different to the exact location. I think they have moved recently.The service was really good and quick. You can either buy brand new cartridge or you can get your older one refilled within few minutes. Refilling is way more cheaper compared to the bran new cartridges. And its hard to find a difference in the refilled cartridges and new cartridge when you print. Therefore, I prefer refilling is the best option.

Did not know of this refill place in the city, no more buying expensive ink cartridges at the store. Printer operates normally, can't tell the difference between this refill and store bought ink when printing.

Pillar Installs: Ruth was my first point of contact and was very friendly and professional. I had a paper jam with my HP M476 Laser jet printer. When kit came out it was a lot more serious and way more intensive than was actually anticipated. I had just spent $450.00 on colour toner and did not want to be wasting all that money. Kit advised me of how intense the repair was and quoted me a price to fix it. He took the printer away and I was thinking it would be at least a week until I got it back. Much to my pleasant surprise he phoned me back the next day to advise it was ready. I was so pleasantly shocked and the price paid was actually a lot cheaper than what was quoted. Amber Graham: Highly Recommend!Our office came into a slight snag with our current supplier and we needed a waste container for our printer, that day. I called several print suppliers in Edmonton, and no one had the specific one I needed on hand. Until I called Toner Laser. They took my number and were going to check if they had any on hand. Did this with another company, but they did not call me back.But Ruth from Toner Laser did call back, and they had what we needed. They even delivered it that day! I was impressed. Unfortunately the container that we got was faulty and would not work. I called Ruth back the next day, and she sent out their tech help free of charge and changed out the faulty one and got our printer working in no time. Even the pricing on their supplies are the best I have seen.If you are looking for a great print place this is the place to go.
