Derek Walsh: Bought our Smokercraft here. Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Their in-house finance was amazing and able to work with us through many options. Great selection of accessories! Parts have been very helpful with all my inquiries and have always stocked what I needed. Their new location is laid out well and provides lots of indoor viewing of inventory. We will definitely buy here again.

jill k: . Once again we have issues and were told by management "3 week wait" - She was super unhelpful and not very sympathetic to the issues we are having. If we wait the 3 weeks our summer using the boat is basically gone, there needs to be better service for issues like this, not our fault at all we did everything Shipwreck told us to do, we clearly have a lemon of a motor. We are now taking this to another location as dealing with the poor service is enough. Will NEVER buy a boat from here again.

Mark and crew are always professional, reliable and efficient. We highly recommend WBL to anyone needing top notch docking and lift equipment or needing professional hep to put it in and take it out.

Patti Bligh: Western Boat Lift came to our cottage at Wizard Lake, Alberta last fall with their dock lifting barge and took out our boat lift and piers. The whole crew was amazing and very professional. They placed everything on our waterfront lawn with complete care and expertise. Cannot say enough about how great the experience was. They were done in about 1/2 hour. Will definitely have them back in the spring to put everything back in the water. No longer need to rely on friends for help when you can hire this crew. Fantastic experience!
