They not only have the best pricing in town but they also have great attention to detail and will make sure your service is beyond expectations. I arrived at their store in a downpour and was wanting their opinion of the tires on the car I had just bought. A staff member went out in the rain and came back to tell me my current tires were in good condition, what features they had and features were not as good. There was no sales pressure, just the information I needed to make an educated decision This level of customer service and honesty is rare these days. Was visiting from out of town when I noticed a tire deflating. Based on reviews, I went to Fountain Tire. Josh and the team discovered a cracked rim. Not a simple fix. Josh suggested the least expensive option - sending it out for welding. We didn’t have a lot of time to spare but the work got done when he promised and it’s as good as new. Well done and thank you. Can’t recommend them enough.

Rachel Rae: said he could help me with the spare if I drove it over, so I put some air in my tire and drove over, getting there at 5:15 when they close at 5:30. When I get there he looks at it, and patches up my tire right there! He let me watch how he patched it which was a whole process and very cool! He also checked the tire pressure for my other tires and I had set them all way too high, so he put them back to what they were supposed to be at. And at the end of all of it he said don’t worry about the cost, even though he just spent 15mins of labour and fixed my tire pressure! And this was the very last minute of a Friday where I personally would be at my least generous state of mind! This will be the only place I go from now on for car/tire stuff!!!
