The food is nothing to clamor about but the staffs are always nice and welcoming.

Not a fan of not being able to sit an enjoy my breakfast. They deal with lines fairly well though despite being obviously short staffed. Tim Horto s went way downhill with their loyalty rewards program though.

Samantha at this location is very kind and took the time to show me how to use the app so I could use my rewards for an iced coffee! Some customers are not very polite but she is very patient and considerate. Thanks a lot Samantha!! I hope you get a raise!

Man, this has got to be one of the most ghetto looking Tim Hortons I've ever seen. I'd estimate 40% of the windows were cracked from vandalism and had to be boarded up. The double doors actually hang slightly open and don't swing all the way shut any more. There's homemade signs all around discouraging loitering, probably because of the location. No complaints about the speedy staff service and food though!

I work across this location and have been coming here for 4 years now. The staff here really work very hard and are very friendly. I salute them for keeping up with constant harassment from customers and the homeless. I hardly line up and just use the app as I get harassed and aggressively panhandled asking for money. A lot of damaged doors, walls. It is disturbing. I am surprised how they keep this place staffed. I hope the staff gets some sort of protection. This store gets busy and unsafe. However, I will still keep getting my usual coffee fix before and after work.

Always standard fare at any Tim Hortons. What sets this location are the staff and for anyone who reads my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Always friendly and service provided with a smile. If you're looking for decent food, good value and great people, this is a location I recommend you visit.

Seems like Every time you go in you get asked by the homeless person to buy them a coffee and it just keeps going from there. Maybe some manners please & thanks goes a long way. We have services in Edmonton, but if it's easier to ask why not it seems. Just saying.

Beverages are kind of the same, basic customer service cordiality, and a very unpleasant place, old building, very limited bathroom space, aside that is not the cleanest.
